Cheese fries, crispy chicken sandwich (Ranch), and shack burger
Kit D.

Lunch here hits pretty hard, though it's very expensive. Expect to pay about $40 for two people: two burgers, cheese fries, and water bottles. Portions are also not the most generous across Shake Shacks in general. I got the crispy chicken sandwich which comes with ranch dressing, pickles, lettuce, and is topped with a pillowy potato bun. It was great. My brother got the classic shack burger- you can't go wrong. We both got the cheese fries which were perfect. Service was efficient throughout the restaurant but it took a while for us to get our food, but staff was friendly! Also, life hack, I'd highly recommend adding their hot sauce packets to the cheese fries. Game changer!

Double Shackburger, fries, Yuzu lemonade

First Shake Shack experience. Ordered the Shackburger Double (9.49), with fries (3.89) and yuzu lemonade (3.59). They have a bunch of kiosks to order from and then you listen for your name. The burger was pretty good. Nice smashburger style patty that's nice and crispy. Fries were lacking taste overall, not enough salt and just tasted pretty plain. I really liked the lemonade as a nice refresher after a fast food meal. Average food imo but very pricy at almost $20usd total.

Spicy Shackmeister double

Came in for a quick dinner takeout. Ordered online and service was very fast. App was easy to use and clear with pictures. Inside was alright. I wouldn't say this is the best shake shack I've been to. Quiet and dim inside. I prefer the Woburn shake shack better for hanging out. This location also has flies hanging out at the condiment area where the ketchup dispensers are. As for food,, got a spicy shackmeister double burger and fries. The burger is great. Loved the spice sauce. It works so well with the fried onion rings and the meaty double patties. Fries are good. I was expecting soggy and starchy crinkle cut fries like those from elementary school but these fries have their own character. It has a bit of a crunch and not starchy at all. It was good. Overall, it is a still a fast food burger joint. To me, these foods are more for if you are in a rush and cram down to keep stomach full. Definitely not a meal to sit down and enjoy the taste.

The burger was a little salty... so were the fries. The chocolate shake was good though.

Classic single Shack Burger, Crinkle Cut Fries and a Fifty/Fifty drink.

I was in the Burlington Mall area and decided to try out the Shake Shack located near the old Sears anchor store. It was around 2pm and there were a scant few people like me grabbing a late lunch. I ordered the Single Shack Burger, Fries and a Fifty/Fifty drink. I should state up front that I have never had a bad experience at other shake shack locations I have been to and for the most part, order the same thing every time and with positive results. After my name was called and I'm looking for a place to sit, of the dozen tables that were open, all were dirty. I ended up going to my car to get some disinfectant towelettes to clean one of the tables. I felt a little dirty eating inside the restaurant and really wished I had taken it to my car to eat as I would have ended up tossing it and going back inside the food court location to get a Chick-fil-A salad. I used to think of Shake Shack as a guilty pleasure after eating my meal but this time I just felt guilty. The burger was thrown together haphazardly. The fries were consistent and good and the Fifty/Fifty drink was good. Honestly, I think the issue is poor management and training of the staff as they all were polite and looking like they were doing their job - the execution was just off. Will I go back to this location? Probably not. Will I go back to Shake Shack? Maybe, once I get over this Shake Down experience. Burlington Mall Shake Shack - do better!

I ordered a burger for takeout and when I got it home, it was green mold on the bun. Disgusting!

This is the closest, and any time we are in Burlington we forget to bring it with us. We were here just before Christmas at another store picking something up and decided it was time. I ended up with chocolate ice cream, peanut butter cup pieces and Reese's Peanut Butter sauce in a waffle bowl. Such a great choice even though it was approx. 20F out. A couple hours before they closed, there were a few people working, and there were customers coming in and out at a steady pace. No complaints. Well... maybe one. Next time, I am going to be sure to bring the gift card.

I stopped by for a milkshake after having lunch in the food court. This milkshake counter was very busy on a Sunday afternoon, but the line moved quickly. I ordered a Small Green Monster Shake ($5.99 plus tax), which was made with vanilla soft serve ice cream, mint syrup, mint chocolate chips, Oreo cookie crumbs, topped with whipped cream and more mint syrup. The shake was on the very sweet side with that mint flavor, a good dessert drink after eating tacos. I make a similar mint shake at home, but I use creme de menthe liqueur instead, lol.

I opted for the Nutella Heaven milkshake and I added peanut butter. The milkshake itself was very good and the consistency was perfect (just thick enough, but not overly). The only thing is that it was pretty pricey (over $8 for a small) and the banana inside was not mixed in properly so it was a bit hard to drink out of a straw. They also don't have spoons readily available, you have to request one. But overall a good option for dessert in Burlington Mall!

The servings are generous, the toppings abundant, and the ice cream itself is frozen perfection. Honestly, if there's a better way to spend a summer evening, I haven't found it. The setup is charming in its simplicity: a cozy little spot tucked between the stand and a neighboring building, picnic tables slightly shielded from the street. It feels almost like you've stumbled on a secret ice cream speakeasy, except the password is just "two scoops, please." Service? Quick, courteous, and top-notch--exactly the kind of people you want handing you sugar in frozen form. So why not five stars? Because the prices are... let's say "aspirational." The kind of numbers that make you check twice to make sure you didn't accidentally buy equity in the place. Delicious as it is, ice cream probably shouldn't cost the same as a casual sit-down lunch. That said, Nanabette's still delivers one of the best cones you'll find in Woburn. Just maybe bring a second wallet--you know, in case you want sprinkles.

I could see how this spot would be nostalgic for some, but it is also a great joint for out-of-towners.

We walked into a comfortable space with a relaxed vibe that never feels generic, the kind of spot where you can settle in for a meal or grab something quickly without the atmosphere working against you. The Vietnamese bowl is the order that brings everything together well. We tried it and the flavors were bright and balanced, leaning into the fresh herb and citrus notes that make Vietnamese inspired food work when the kitchen takes it seriously. The bowl format here gives you enough going on across the components that each bite shifts slightly, which kept the meal interesting from start to finish in a way that a simpler dish would not. The broader menu is worth exploring beyond a single visit. The shakshuka and acai bowl are both good, the smash burger salad is a surprisingly strong order for anyone who wants something more indulgent, and the vegan options are extensive and genuinely well executed rather than feeling like an afterthought. The smoothies are popular for good reason and the coffee holds up as well. Pricing runs on the higher side and the menu does not always list prices upfront on site, which is worth being aware of before you commit to a larger order. Service is generally attentive and fast, though it can vary by location and shift.
