This time around, we got the Quarter Pounder meal with a Coke Zero and fries. It was exactly as we would expect. Not sure what to make of the people who stand in front of you in line and then get to the counter and can't decide what they want. Perhaps they've never been to a McDonald's before? The menu items don't really change that much (except for Shamrock Shake season and the new McArch). Regardless, if you know what you want, it's quick and easy and predictable. Kudos to the MoMall McD's for being there when I need you.

I thought the line moved pretty fast, and I waited about 10 minutes to order. To be frank, I thought some customers were causing the bottleneck in the line. Why? Although folks had been waiting in the line for about 10 minutes, 1. many folks did not know what they wanted and/or 2. did not have their form of payment ready when they reached the cashier. *One of my pet peeves.* When it was my turn to order, I thought my cashier was super friendly and very nice. I probably waited about five minutes for my food, which was understandable because the restaurant was popping. OMG. My QPC tasted really fresh...well, as fresh as something from McDonald's can be. I'm going to assume that the beef patties were cooked right before I ordered so the burger was oh so juicy. I'll say that this McDonald's is a little stingy with the ketchup packets. Overall, I had a pretty decent experience eating here. I will admit that it was a bit difficult to find some seating in the food court, but I cannot attribute this to the McDonalds.

Numerous others though were confused at what was happening, and there was a seriously lack of communication happening with the line and new guests. Food preparation probably would have been a bit faster had a person in front of my not made a huge lunch order. But hey, these things happen during a lunch rush. While I did not have a significant exchange with the service team, they appeared to be nice and courteous to other customers.
