However, I feel like if you are wanting a solid Shake Shack burger then it is worth the wait! I ordered on their kiosks (card only). I should mention that have been to a couple Shake Shack locations, including some in New York and did not see this. I really enjoyed the kiosks because you are able to make small adjustments to your order. On another note, if you are going during lunch time, then yes there will be a wait and yes it will be packed. Came to the SHAKE Shack for shakes and were very disappointed 1 with the selection and 2 because mine came out like water. When I asked why it was so thin and could they remake it at first they said they weren't sure they would have to check. So he walked off and didn't come back. A manager noticed we were standing there asked if he could help and he went into the back and remade it himself after he got excuses from other employees as to why they didn't remake it. Lol...WOW! They got me...once. My first time ordering here and did so only because they had a promo of a free chicken sandwich with the purchase of $10+. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and cheese fries. I honestly feel I was ripped off being charged $14+ for my order and that was WITH the free chicken sandwich. The burger was small and completely unremarkable. The cheese fries were, well, just crinkle fries with essentially cheese wiz. The chicken was half the size expected and unremarkable as well. Burgers are good but expensive. No bundled meals with fries and drink. Burger sloppy made with meat sliding hiding off the bun. Almost no lettuce - see the photos. They don't have combos, so you pay additional money for fries. I tried my coworkers fry, and it was very bland (think -bag of Ore Ida crinkle cut fries). The employees are friendly and I always get my order fast. The reason why I am putting 4 stars, is due to their new hot honey chicken sandwich. The chicken was tasty, but the mayo is super spicy. I had hot chicken in Nashville, but it was never this hot. I was literally crying, nose running, and not able to taste anything due to the mayo. I know it is advertised as hot, but not even Nashville chicken is this hot! In the future, I will stick to my usual burger. read more

My little one loves Shake Shack and was excited as when I parked in front of the bldg. He's autistic and doesn't deviate from certain foods much. Typically when I come in I order at the kiosk as its better to see the menu and so that he can help to curate his meal. Upon coming into the door, I wasn't greeted, however I was told that I could order at main pos (point of sale) rudely. I walked to the self serve kiosk and was pulling up the menu, then was yelled at by this aggressively rude, heavy-set blk woman that the kiosks didn't work. I politely informed her that isn't what she said. The other workers looked at her puzzled, like why is she yelling & what happened. I immediately turned around, grabbed my child and said it's ok and she said something else rude afterwards. I opted to go the Shake Shack in Dallas off of Preston...23 miles away. Having my child in peaceful and calm surroundings important for his well being. I absolutely will not pay for services (especially food) where the service is anything less than professional, the aggressive behavior exhibited was inexcusable. Btw, there were no signs on the door, near the kiosks, or on the kiosks themselves that showed they didn't work or were out of order. The kiosks were working the same as the location on Preston. I love Shake Shack but i dont really like this location. We ordered what we usually did and the spicy chicken sandwich was so small! A little smaller than the size of a palm, for $7 it wasnt worth it. The burger i got was good but my cheese fries i got wasnt. The cheese on it was so thick and nasty.. I was craving a hamburger today and found out a Shake Shack opened around the corner from me. I have been to other locations and were disappointed by food quality and even the general atmosphere. However, today completely changed for me. I walked in during lunch. I noticed they had kiosks where you can order from if you're feeling antisocial. You also have the option of ordering from a human and that's what I chose. Joe helped me from beginning to end and was jubilant, festive and totally upbeat during the lunch rush. I received my link burger and fries about 7-8 minutes after ordering and took it home to eat. Lunch hour is extremely noisy and people get hangry real quick. I haven't seen so many people irritated at an increasing volume in a long time. Anyway, this is my Shake Shack go-to location now. While not perfect, it was perfect for me. The experience fit me like a glove so thank you Shake Shack for dropping a shop in Las Colinas. read more

Excellent service and food! I came here yesterday on the first grand opening. The atmosphere was very casual, professional, and friendly. We were greeted by a friendly worker. The cashier was also very sweet and amicable. He did awesome in taking care of my family's order. I had also done an online order and the 20% off promo code didn't work! I spoke with the manager. He was very professional and kind and took care of the issue very quickly by giving additional coupons. Superb service, especially for the first day! The food was fresh and tasty, although the Fluff N' Foster was too sweet for my taste. Probably vanilla will be better. Make sure to eat your meals when it's hot and fresh as that'll be more tastier! I had already tried the one in Dallas Uptown and oh my!!! The Las Colinas location's burgers taste so much better! The fries were really good, but the milkshake wasn't good at all. I was hoping it would have been better, save your money on that. Several tablets have been removed and have not been replaced with new machines, the bathroom trash was overflowing and the bathroom had not been cleaned recently, my order was incorrect (twice), the woman running expo seems to not care, multiple people were dismissive of my request for Sweet N' Low for my iced tea, and tables had not been cleaned in some time. I Regional Manager likely had not visited recently since there were building issues that needed to be addressed. The kitchen seemed to have far more staff than patrons which was great for getting my order out quickly and the food tasted great. read more

Shake shack is a great addition to our neighborhood. They always provide fresh burgers and fries! Although the price is on the high side (considering it is a fast food place), food is pretty good. I would say my favorite things on the menu is their cheese burger and the chicken burger. Crinkle fries go well with those burgers. I was meaning to try this place when I lived in Dallas, but never got around to it. Now there's one here in Irving and I can say honestly it's not worth what you pay. It's just not...The BACON Cheeseburger is indeed tasty, but my wife and I split it; with an order of BACON cheese fries and one soda. That was $15.. seriously? The burger was tiny, and I could taste the processed cheese for about an hour after we ate. The service is top notch, the place is super clean..it really is a nice atmosphere; but it's overpriced by a lot. We could've ate cheaper at In and Out and I'm not a fan of theirs. We tried this out because we wanted to see if the hype was as good as what everyone says, turns out they were right. The place was very nice and I like that you can order on the iPads and customize your food. We got burgers and fries and ended up buying more burgers because they were so good. They are a little small for burgers, but we just ended up buying another round which was worth it because they were so tasty. Food came out fast, we ended up getting water and they leave cups out for water so you don't have to ask. 10/10 really. I definitely see the hype. We will be back!!!! read more
