Shack Stack double burger + pickles
    Miriana Z.

Shake Shack is a staple, you're always going to get a great burger. The FL mall is always packed so be ready to stand in line, but they have kiosks to help move things along. If you're with family keep an eye out for an open table! I always go simple with the classic ShackStack and add their delicious pickles, but the chicken sandwich is just as good!

Pretty good for mall food. This is its own separate area from the food court. It was very busy when we got there but our food still came out quickly and it was hot and fresh. I would skip the truffle fries though, the truffle dip was not it so basically just fries with parmesan. There was plenty of seating inside and out.

    shackburger, fries, water

While wandering around the Florida Mall at lunchtime, I headed over to their food court area to find throngs of people crowded around every eatery and nary a table available. The area was so hot and stinky-sweaty I had to get out of there! Still hungry, I saw Shake Shack in a separate corridor and decided that was the place for me. I ordered at a kiosk. A Shackburger with fries and, because it was so hot and humid and my body was craving it, a gigantic bottle of water (rather than my usual milkshake). Do Floridians really get used to this heat and humidity? I took a seat in the dining area and my food was soon brought to my table. Both burger and fries were very good and I sucked down that entire bottle of water by the time I finished eating. If you happen to be at this enormous mall and don't feel like fighting mobs of people when hunger hits, check one of those mall maps to find Shake Shack and enjoy a great burger.

BBQ Cheese Fries & Hot Dog

When most people think of shake shack they don't think of a hot dog, and that is exactly why I decided this time I was going to get one. Wasn't sure what to expect, and I didn't know anyone who had had one before, so that made the investigation even more interesting to me. Now I am by no means a hot dog connoisseur, but I'd like to think that I have had enough in my life to be at a provide a rounded and balanced review. As a cheaper item on the menu, I was certainly interested in trying this out, and I'll tell you what, I was not disappointed. If You're expecting The classic hot dog taste, then you'll be in for a shock, because this is a high quality dog and uses a lot nicer meat than a regular hot dog. The bun was just one top of a burger bun, folded in a way to make it look like a hot bun. Pleasantly surprised with how nice this tasted and will certainly be adding it to my shake shack repertoire. With the addition of the barbecue and cheese sauces that I had on the side, I managed to make this an even nicer option. So if you're looking for something at shake shack that isn't a burger and isn't the chicken, then look no further than the hot dog. Moving on to one of the new items on the menu, let's talk about the barbecue fries; Now I'm a big fan of the fries from shake shack anyway, I've always been about the crinkle cut, but with the barbecue seasoning on it, it knocked it up to another level. With the addition of the cheese sauce to dip it in on the side, this meant that my fries were not soggy and have the perfect amount of sauce per fry. I hope this item stays on the menu and is not just seasonal because this was a fantastic addition to my meal. The price is a little higher than some of the competitors but the quality is certainly there, hence the four star review.

Truffle Burger, Bacon cheese fries, and Sunset Lemonade

The lemonade was super refreshing the tart of lemonade and sweetness of the strawberry was a great combination. The service was quick even when it was busy. The atmosphere was super chill. The burger was juicy and the crunch of onions was delicious and the truffle sauce was delish.

Pretty good for a stereotypical burger joint! The burgers were classic thin patties, they came out hot and with all the toppings. We ordered two double cheeseburgers, one regular fry and two small soft drinks; our total was $30 before tip. My only grievance is the self-service ordering kiosks... I wish we could order through a staff member. But the staff were very attentive, cleared our plates and asked us if we needed refills.

Kaelan manager was amazing!!! Super impressed by how he runs things at the shake shack in Orlando international mall. He was quick getting orders out running the kitchen, talking to guest and helping us with a couple issues with our order and he made sure everything was right. Honestly he made it a way better experience. The shroom burger is so good and I'm not a fan of mushrooms but this is fried and stuffed with cheese..WOW it's delicious. The nuggets are tender and they have some good sauces. The milkshakes are pretty yummy.

This was my first time ever eating at Shake Shack, and let me tell you--I am now completely hooked, all thanks to Elijah! From the moment I walked in, his warm and welcoming personality made the experience unforgettable even from behind the counter . He is incredibly pleasant, professional, and has such an infectious smile and energy that makes you want to come back just to see him again. Ever since that first visit, I've been obsessed with the food, but I truly believe it's Elijah's outstanding service that makes it even better. Shake Shack is lucky to have him!

Double smoke shack with lettuce and tomato added

A good experience at this location. There's much there's not any interaction with associates, which is kind of unusual but that's the sign of the times after Covid. Everything is no contact you order at the four computers at the front versus in person with a cashier. The orders are always perfect because it's what you put in. Today, the gluten-free burger as well as the smoke shack that I ordered were quite tasty.

This was really good! My favorite thing was the cheese fries. Nice and crispy with cheese on top. I paid around $12 for a burger and fries which is decent. The burger had buttery bread, cheese, lettuce and tomato. It's a nice treat to have when visiting the mall compared to all of the other expensive restaurants there.

While waiting in line, I became best friends with the other customers & the cashier. It was such a friendly upbeat environment, so we were all chatting it up. The cashier even gave silly nicknames to the orders based on our joking around. I tried the new spicy fries. The fries are thick wavy fries, perfectly cooked, crunch on the outside, & hot & soft on the inside. The spice blend was very spicy. I'm a thai-hot level girl, but this had my tongue numb. It's just dry spice & a lot of it. I would have preferred less of it or it in a wet sauce version. I had the mushroom vegetarian burger & my husband had the garden burger. Both were delicious. Great thick size, crisp fresh toppings, & the burgers were just like the fries- crisp on the outside & soft on the inside! I'm SOOOO happy they not only provide multiple vegetarian burger options, but also non-dairy dessert options! It's located in the mall with indoor & outside seating. Booths, high-tops, & tables available with ample space for mobility devices.

I was at the Florida Mall and wanted something other then the typical "food court food", but not sit down so Shake Shack it was. I had only been to a Shake Shack once before in Austin and seeing as I couldn't remember if I liked it or not I wasn't sure what I was getting into. The employees at the counter were very friendly and helpful when I had questions regarding the menu. I ordered the smokeshack and a side of fries. You're asked if you'd like your burger medium or well done. I prefer medium rare so I went with medium. The burger was good, not great. I like my bacon crispy and it was anything but. The fries were nothing special. Just regular crinkle fries. There was an employee walking around the restaurant making sure every table was clean, but never restocked the ketchup containers even after I heard other customers complaining. This establishment was not memorable in Austin and isn't memorable in Orlando either. They offer the employee discount with a military ID.

You don't have to go to Nashville to get hot chicken, thanks to @shakeshack new Hot Chick'n!!! The new Hot Chick'n sandwich brings the perfect mix of spice and flavor, in three varying spice levels! Hot Chick'n nuggets also are available in three levels of heat! Are you a fan of hot chicken?! Where's your fav spot?!

Enjoyed it! Better than 5 guys! Great taste!

The menu consists of pita wraps, and rice platters...with protein choices including lamb, chicken and falafel. For toppings they have a wide range of fresh items such as salad, cucumber, onions, hummus, and chickpeas. Now my go to order is always the combo rice platter with lamb and chicken. Let me tell ya'll... when I say that they pack on the food... they truly give you a generous portion. On my latest visit I saw…read morethat they had a special on a three-piece box that came with chicken, nuggets, fries, and a drink. This sounded pretty good, but since I'm not supposed to eat root vegetables, I went to the counter and inquired if I could get a different side. I was informed that they could not change anything about that that particular special but they suggested a three-piece combo which is the same price. The difference being that you don't get the nuggets but get a choice of bread or a tortilla. Needless to say I was a bit disappointed. I did go with the three-piece combo which consisted of three pieces of dark chicken and I got the Campero rice for my side. I also had the dinner roll and a regular drink. Along with this I ordered one of their empanadas because I haven't had one yet. They gave me my number and I went and got my drink and found a place to sit. A very short time later, they came out with my food and I asked if I could get some salt. Apparently there was a complaint from a customer involving salt so they no longer carry salt when you're dining in. They did have hot sauce on the table, so I enjoyed my meal with the green sauce. The chicken as usual was excellent and I do enjoy their rice. The dinner roll was a nice compliment to the meal and I was really impressed with the empanada. I haven't had an empanada that was this packed with goodness in a very long time. I will definitely be back but chances are I will bring my own salt. this is a nice location with a drive-through. On the downside from my point of view is the ordering kiosks that are out front. I won't use those so I just approach the counter and get assistance. The lady that took care of me was really nice and guided me through the ordering process and was also the one who brought me my food when it was ready. if you're looking for a good bone in chicken meal, then this is an excellent place to die. Our food came out relatively fast as it is a quick service restaurant but that's when it fell short as all of the food we ordered was lukewarm like you could tell it all had been sitting for a while as to the point of where it really lacked had this been hotter I'm sure it would have been better. The spicy chicken sandwich wasn't bad had it been hot I can see the flavors coming out more as it was a decent sized piece of chicken with some of the spicy sauce and some bread and butter pickles which I did find to be a surprise as not many places use those pickles on a chicken sandwich. My lady said her chicken pieces were also lukewarm and she said that had they been hot that they would have been significantly better as it fell the same way with the yuca fries as those too were lukewarm and just left her looking for warmer food. The empanada was probably the warmest item that we received it was ok as it had a decent flavor to it but it lacked a lot of chicken as it felt like it was mostly sauce which was definitely underwhelming at most. All of the employees we encountered were very friendly and busy working and cleaning and just seemed to be enjoying their shift which is definitely a plus as I know how it can get in a QSR environment. Even though this had nothing to do with the restaurant I do have to say that this random guy came in and was like arguing with the staff about using the restroom this is after he came over and took some paper towels from the employee's roll who was cleaning the windows kinda random but it was kinda amusing to watch them while we ate. One other thing I noticed here was that there was no trash can at all which I'm very much so not a fan of as I'm not for leaving my plates on the table for someone to clean it up at a fast food restaurant as that's something I prefer to do myself. Overall the food here definitely fell short as I'm not into getting lukewarm food a chicken sandwich should me piping hot when you first bite into it so it's for these reasons I highly doubt that I'll ever come back.

That's what made this one sting a little. Let me set the stage. I pull up to the Kissimmee location already knowing what I'm getting. This place has one job. Chicken. Not a massive menu. Not a bunch of distractions. Just chicken, fries, toast, slaw. Simple. Focused. The kind of setup where you expect consistency every single time. And then the tray hit the table. The chicken? Bland. Like no one introduced it to seasoning. And somehow also soggy. You know that moment when you bite in expecting that crispy crunch and instead you get... soft confusion? Yeah. That. It honestly felt like the oil wasn't hot enough. Which is kind of a big deal when frying is your entire identity. Now here's where it gets even more frustrating. Cane's sauce is usually the safety net. It can cover a lot of sins. Underseasoned chicken? Fine. Dip it, save it, move on. But it cannot fix texture. It cannot create crunch out of thin air. And when the crisp isn't there, the whole thing falls flat. The fries didn't do much to help the situation. Underdone. Under salted. Just kind of there. Taking up space. Not offensive, just disappointing. Like they almost made it to the finish line and then decided to clock out early. And here's the part that really gets me. When you only do one thing, you have to nail it. Every time. No excuses. No off days. No close enough. This isn't a diner with a 10-page menu. This is chicken. How do you forget to make it crispy? Now, credit where it's due. The Texas toast? Still elite. Buttery, golden, doing exactly what it's supposed to do. The coleslaw? Fresh, crisp, actually refreshing. And the staff here? Friendly, efficient, and the food came out quick. No complaints on the service side at all. So now I'm sitting there having this internal debate. Because I know what Raising Cane's can be. And this wasn't it. somewhere in the middle of that meal it hit me that I went out of my way for this and got a version that felt like it cut corners That's a tough pill to swallow in an area like Kissimmee where you've got options everywhere you turn. Great food is not hard to find around here. Which makes subpar chicken stand out even more. Three stars. And that feels generous based on the sides and the service carrying the weight. But let's be clear. I'm usually a five star guy when it comes to Raising Cane's. This just wasn't that day. And when your whole brand is built on doing one thing right, you don't get a pass when that one thing misses.
