On 11/24 at approximately 6:30 PM, I placed an order in person. The employee at the register appeared disengaged and uninterested in assisting customers. She was not friendly, spoke very quietly, and was difficult to hear. While I was still waiting for my order, I called the store to request to speak with a manager. Hayden, one of the managers, came from the drive-thru area. As he approached, I overheard him say, "I'm tired of this," before answering the call. When I explained my concerns, he responded by stating that the cashier is only 17, this is her second job, and she is still learning. Regardless of her age or whether this is her first, second, or third job, employees working the register should be trained to be approachable and professional. If she is not yet prepared for customer-facing responsibilities, she should not be placed in that position until she is ready. read more

The sandwich itself was good, and it came with chips and a pickle, but I was surprised that no drink was included with the meal. For the price, I do feel the meal was a bit expensive, especially considering that a drink had to be purchased separately. I think Jason's Deli could do better by including a drink with a sandwich-and-soup meal, or at least offering a more affordable combo option. The salad bar at Jasons Deli is now offered again! It is fresh and yummy. I would have given 5 stats for that but my husband's food was only a 3 star. He had the Texas Style Spud. It was big and full of cheese, but the brisket was gooey. It wasn't pure brisket like you get at Rudy's or Goode Co. etc., sadly it was drowned with an extreme amount of ultra sweet BBQ sauce. It was almost inedible due to the amount of cloyingly sweet sauce which seemed to be present in nearly equal amounts to the chopped up meat. So I could've given this Jason's a five star review, but when I ordered my manager special, which was a half of a turkey wrap and a cup of soup, the turkey on my wrap was almost nonexistent. There was only about a half an ounce of turkey on the wrap. It was almost nonexistent, so basically, I had a tortilla with a little lettuce, tomato and ranch on it. I was really disappointed because my husband's Santa Fe chicken sandwich had plenty of meat on it. My family and I were craving some Jason's Deli so we decided to get down to eat. Walked in the restaurant and up to the counter to order only to be stared at by at least 3 employees. Not once did anyone say hello, welcome, or even a simple someone will be right with you. Stood there about 2 minutes before someone else walked in and stood next to us. Finally someone walked up to the register. Once again silence. A simple "I can help you over here" would have been appreciated. Instead the person next to us let us know she might be ready for us to order. We proceed to order only to be disappointed again that they were out of baked potatoes. Bummer! Normally our favorite place! This visit however I walked in the door and was greeted by a foul smell. First time I ever see the salad bar, which they are known for, in disarray. There were several dirty pans sitting on the salad bar counter. There were multiple empty containers in the salad bar. During COVID19 Jason's Deli has taken more of their share of PRICE GOUGING & uncleanness . Charging $9.99 for a small cup of meatballs (passing it off as 1 lb), $6 for a gallon of tea (plain, not flavored, nothing special). Half of the servers don't wear gloves (SMH). The potato chips offered with the meal are hand scooped & served in small sandwich bags. SERIOUSLY????? Any business that will stoop so low, during a vulnerable time such as this to take advantage of people at their weakest, during a Pandemic of no less, while looking for any moment to F@$% the consumer; while openly showing NO INTEGRITY. This is sickening, morally disgusting & establishments displaying such behavior should be heavily FINED. Shutting the establishment DOWN would be too good. read more
