I had already taken a bite before I noticed it. I'm attaching a photo because this isn't simply a matter of not liking the food or receiving the wrong order. Raw chicken is a legitimate food-safety concern. I understand restaurants can make mistakes, but chicken needs to be cooked thoroughly and there should be safeguards in place to make sure something like this does not reach a customer. I have my receipt and photos documenting what I received, and I am also submitting a formal complaint to management/corporate. Please check your chicken carefully if ordering from this location. I sincerely hope management investigates what happened and reviews their cooking temperatures and food-safety procedures so this does not happen to someone else. First off, I came pretty early for lunch standards: the workers were like busy-bees, because they were trying to fulfill a catering order of 300 chicken tenders. Nevertheless, although they were quite busy, the workers were attentive to my needs, and helped me order quickly and efficiently. I got "THE BOX COMBO" ($13.49). Now if your privy like myself --- do these Raising Cane hacks: get your bread "BOB"-style (butter on both sides), and order everything "extra crispy" to ensure a fresh batch of chicken/fries. All in all, the interior of the restaurant is colorful and modern, with disco balls hanging from the ceiling. Walls adorned with paintings and art, and things from the community. I am not a HUGE FAN of Raising Canes, but a solid 4/5. PS: Don't skip out on extra sauce! Get a cup-size if need be!

Patrons milling around waiting for food, people spilling their trays/sauce/drinks all over the floors trying to get through the crowd, etc. My wife and I each got combos. First impression: the quality and taste of this food is not congruent with the hype. This was literally a plain chicken finger in poorly seasoned breading. The food lack flavor. Chicken was juicy, etc, but had hardly any taste. Fries were crispy, but had no taste. Texas toast lacked flavor. Not terrible, but not something I would return for either. Pair the poor flavor with the chaos that takes place here, and it's a one and done for me. Dave's Hot Chicken has the upper hand over this place every time.
