I will never go back there again or recommend anyone to go there! Due to the extremely poor customer service that I received! The restaurant has outdoor seating and an interesting set up inside. As you walk in the bar is to the right with the kitchen in the far back. You have a small area with larger tables. Just to the left you have another room but smaller tables. At first my part was seated in the room with the small tables but knew our order, so we requested to be moved. Thankful there was a party that just left. Nachos with add-on brisket - we devoured it. There was a decent ratio of toppings as well as a healthy amount of brisket. Large pieces mostly hidden under the chips. This could be a meal on its own. 1lb fries with pesto and pulled pork - I wanted to like this. A generous portion of pulled pork to match but it was dry. The pesto aioli sauce didn't elevate or add anything. Just a subpar plate of fries. Three meat platter / double brisket (asked for fatty) and trip tip. Brisket was good, a little melt in your mouth but was lacking the smokiness and true bbq flavor you'd expect. Still a good protein. The trip tip was okay. It was cooked more than I'd like yet still a decent protein option. I def used the available condiments to elevate each bite. One thing to note - they charge for ranch, aioli sauces. Nothing that will break the bank but it would've been nice if the server mentioned it before serving us several containers of them. Overall a decent bbq spot. Is it the best? No. Is it good for this area? Sure. I'd come back for the nachos and the meat platter. Decent value for the amount of food. We walked away with leftovers which is a win in my books.

I was looking forward to dipping those soft pretzel balls into their mustard aioli... but unfortunately, I wasn't a fan. There was something about the pretzels themselves that tasted a little burnt to me. Kendall, the bartender, offered to remake them. She mentioned that's just how they taste, but offered to bake them a little less to see if that would tone it down. Unfortunately, I still picked up that same flavor. The fish & chips, on the other hand, were fantastic! Crispy batter, juicy cod... and the batter was seasoned perfectly. I loved the sprinkle of sea salt and dill on top of the fish, and it came loaded with tons of their hand-cut Donkey fries. At that point, I decided to leave the pretzel balls alone and focus on my fish & chips. Over the years, I've tried a few things from their menu, and I highly recommend the fish & chips and, of course, the corned beef tacos. I personally wouldn't order the Donkey Pretzel Balls again, although that homemade mustard aioli was delicious. They just had a flavor that wasn't for me.

i know that the owner james treats his family very poorly. there is nothing godly going on at that bar.its all about lots of sex and lots of money. i red the comment about how nice the bartenders were, when i seen james deny a guy in a wheelchair with a chopped off arm any help whatsoever. the dude wasnt even begging. i bet he felt real good about himself as he jumped in his lexus and sped away. if youre into judgment , your god is in the bank or behind a pair of panties, thats the place for you, if you're into greed, and looking down upon the needy, and not caring whethrt your family lives or dies, i guess thats the place for you to.bad attracks bad i guess. read more

This has got to be one of the best bars around! If you are into the poser scene where you pay $10.00 a drink it is not for you!! The drinks are priced right, ie: $2.00 draft Pabst, $3.00 buds, $4.00 Jack and cokes, and they are strong. I come here regularly and have yet to see a fight. I also noticed they are very strict with who comes in. They don't like attitudes. I saw a bartender ask for ID and the guy gave him lip, he said the guy had to go, even thou he had ID. He said we just don't put up with punk ass attitudes. Check out Sunday nights if you like it crowded. Only bad thing is the bathroom, smells a bit. But a truly great neighborhood joint. read more

Great place to go with your girlfriends and not feel like you are going to get your ass grabbed. Not a want to be trendy place like the downtown places, no bottle service so you don't have a bunch of posers. The bartenders are the friendliest of any I have met. One bought me a drink and paid for it from his tip jar, and then when I tried to tip him he said no that it was on him, no tip was allowed. So it's a laid back place, a step up from a cool dive bar, only bad thing is the girls bathroom is a bit dirty, gotta hover...:) read more

This is a neighborhood place, the kind you go with your friends and hang, drink and check out guys. We go here because it's not a nightclub, more of a bar, with good strong drinks at cheap prices. I actually got kicked out b4 I was 21 because the bartender checked my Id and noticed it was fake, when I turned 21 and told the bartender he kicked me out, he still bought me a drink for my birthday. read more

She took the time to show me what's on tap and was very attentive even with a lot of people surrounding the bar at the time. I would definitely recommend this place. Mind you, the food comes from the other players so they have to place an order and have it delivered, which they charge a delivery fee for. I placed my food order and it took 1 hour 45 minutes to get there, I paid $45 for an order of calamari, a very small garden salad, and hot wings. The beer tab was completely separate. The ranch dressing that they gave was sour and disgusting. The wings were breaded and soggy as well as cold. The calamari was rubber. You can tell that they buy it frozen and then just heat it up. Well, I don't even know if they heated it up because it was ice cold when I got it. they told me that they would have to wait until they got a bunch of people to place orders before they would deliver it so, I assumed they would still bring us hot food but I was absolutely wrong. That food probably was cooked 45 minutes before they dropped it off. save your money that was so not worth it. Don't order food unless you're smashed. The food was disgusting, and the bartender with the long beard was rude. The whole ambience of the place just threw me off and I've been a long time patron of this business. I haven't been there in about a year and a half but I have been going there since at least 2013 off and on.
