I was quoted $70 to hand wash my full sized truck. They did a great job. 2 guys washed it by hand, then 2-4 guys at one point meticulously dried it off. They even used compressed air in the grill area to get rid of water that likes to build up there. They used soft microfiber cloths to protect the paint. I will return in a month and have them wash it again. It's about a 30 min drive for me, however there are no quality car washes in my area so it's worth it to me.

One car was done in less than 45 minutes, and the other a similar timeline. I got home and could wipe dirt off with my hand on the SUV, so I find it hard to believe anything but a quick drive through wash was done. Also made an appt via yelp and the people on-site were confused and annoyed. "On-site" is relative as it's a tent at a gas station. I'd recommend going literally anywhere else for services. Edit - per the owners "scam alert" about not sending photos, see attached. They were sent in real time. I had to follow up for days for a supposed resolution, and the only recourse after was attempting to resolve with my credit card company. To clarify, I never said I didn't receive some services. Unfortunately, after giving them four chances, I have to agree -- the attention to detail just isn't there. I keep my car very clean, so there isn't much to vacuum. The one area I repeatedly asked them to focus on was the small space between the seat and the center console. It's a minor detail, but those little things matter. I'm not asking for anything unreasonable -- I'm asking them to take care of the areas I specifically point out. The exterior comes out fine, but the interior is where they lose me. It's like getting a haircut and they forget to clean up the hair around your neck afterward -- the small details are what make the customer feel taken care of. After four attempts, I feel like my car is coming back dirtier inside instead of cleaner. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this place. My advice: listen to your customers, slow down, and focus on the details. That's what keeps people coming back. Too expensive for what they do !..
