It's always been busy or not fitting in my schedule. So Finally I was able to do a take-out order ( They are more suited that way) With the ability to eat at a Park it's a nice day today. I got two Pizza's a Margruita Medium (14") and A Tostada Medium. ( 14") They come in bright Pink Kosher boxes with their label on it. The food was really good and fresh tasting. I still have some leftover. ( Mine was the Tostada) My dad got the Marguita they offered him some other sauces so he got Red to add to his. If you see this guy, RUN away ! This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. The pizza was raw, the vegetables were uncooked, and when I complained the chef became aggressive, and even threatened to hit me. He refused to refund my money or make me a proper pizza. Pizza was ok. This place is always pretty busy and I appreciate how late they are open on most days but I have to be honest, the pizza was just ok. I don't know if it can be hard to get the pizza to taste really good when it's kosher but I have had other kosher pizza that was amazing and this one kind of missed the mark and it was quite expensive. I paid about $17 for a small personal pizza. Again, I would order it again if it was late and nothing else was open, and I do like how I can walk there from my place but pizza was just ok. This place is a disgrace. The people behind the counter are either on drugs, half asleep, or both. You walk into the place, and they have their back turned to you, leaning on the counter, staring at the wall. You have to constantly nudge and remind them to work. They hand random pizzas to the wrong people. The whole slow motion experience was excruciating and infuriating. The pizza is terrible, even for kosher standards. Shalom pizza is my favorite kosher dairy pizza place because their pizza always tastes really fresh and they have a thin crust. There's also a bunch of cool pizzas to choose from as well as a make your own pizza. In addition, they have pastas and salads and even some Mexican food. I got a 10" personal pizza. I added tomatoes, basil, and olives. It was the most delicious pizza hands down kosher or otherwise. So fresh and gourmet tasting. It smelled so good when we took it out of the box. Note: if you go to their website you can get a free 10" pizza the first time you go. We also got two pastas. We got baked ziti and macaroni and cheese. Both were good. However, I prefer the ziti because it is less rich. The ziti is baked in tomato sauce and has cheese on top. I can only eat a small bit of Mac and cheese at time but I do love the rich creaminess of it. I also want to note that they double boxed the pastas which I really appreciated. They were in an aluminum tin as well as a styrofoam box. I like this because it keeps them from leaking. We got a salad as well. I chose the Caesar salad. I love that it comes with shredded iceberg lettuce. It's a light Caesar which is awesome because it perfectly balances the heavy foods like pizza and pasta. Someone in my household also got the burrito. I did not have a chance to try it but they loved it so much. They did not eat it right away but it came wrapped in foil that kept it warm. Absolutely awful experience. I ordered pizza from this place, and not only did it take much longer than expected to arrive (over 1 hour), but when it finally got here, it was completely cold. On top of that, they messed up every single topping I asked for. Nothing on that pizza was correct. I decided to bring it back to the restaurant since I live close by to get it sorted out, but instead of an apology, the staff argued with me in the most disrespectful way ever. They actually told me, "It is what it is, what do you want me to do?" and said the best they could do was offer a refund, like they were doing me a favor. The attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful; they clearly don't care about their customers or the quality of their service. I have never left a Yelp review before, this is my first. I am compelled to do so now out of obligation to the public interest. Do not eat this pizza. This was without a shadow of doubt the worst pizza I've ever ordered in my adult life. The quality was comparable to high school cafeteria pizza. How this establishment is rated so highly is beyond my understanding. The ingredients were very cheap, especially the cheese. The construction was horrendous, with toppings unevenly distributed across the pie (if you look through their photos, you can actually see worse examples than mine). It wasn't even sliced properly, and I had to reslice it myself. Even still, the pieces kept falling apart while trying to pull them off rest of pie. The pizza was tragically bland and yet simultaneously overpriced, but I wouldn't even eat here again for free. Save yourself the disappointment and just get a Red Barron pizza from Ralph's. You can never go wrong with a classic cheese pizza. Perfect amount of sauce and cheese. I generally order a half n' half pizza on a large pie that way we try a two types every time. This is very consistent pizza shop and quality of pizza is outstanding. The place to sit down is very small this is why we prefer to always take out. When ordering for your specific pallet you need to be extremely specific and clear which is one minus. Our family don't like when food is loaded with onions. When we order here and ask for No Onions they always put them in then we are made to wait more time only for them to make another mistake. Nothing is wrong with the pizza, but we want no onions. Only twice they offered to us the wrong pizza for free to eat while we waited, but very begrudgingly. Once I waited there for an hour and a half while they literally made the order wrong four times and didn't offer me anything to compensate for the time wasted. Again the pizza is really good, but if you want to make any special requests be ready to stay there for a while as they keep doing it and redoing it wrong. We just order pizza that has no onions to begin with, which is a shame. If not this issue that we had number of times we'd love to taste more of their pizzas. read more

This was the worst service and pizza place I have ever ordered from. I order two pizzas and French fries. The delivery guy is late the food is cold the fries and pizza taste old and cold. It's like they left this pizza on the shelf for hours. I then get a delivery driver who doesn't speak any English and he hands me one pizza. Then I call and the owner and cashier tell me sorry there is nothing we can do. They said drive down and will give you a voucher for a free pizza. So today my coworkers,who don't keep kosher surprised me form my birthday with the Tostada Pizzaa!!!! Which shows they even know how good the Tostada Pizza is!! The French guy(EU would be happy seeing a French working at an Italian joint) working there and the entire staff in the back. Me and friends go there all the time and these guys make the experience great. After the pizza the Fish tacos are AMAZING but the burrito is still the biggest ripoff. In fact it is still as annoying as Nagila flipping out when you ask for ranch and acting as if he is giving away Jerusalem!!. All in all a very well deserved 5 star despite the burrito that deserves a place on Space X's next rocket lunch into space. But wait that would be bad because Space X has the technology where the rockets come back safely and makes them reusable. But then the burrito is also reusable as paper weight.
