My dog is 9 years old and I have never taken her to a groomers before because she is very timid, and I also wasn't sure if her fur would look okay trimmed. Price always change, I went there 3 times I never paid the same price. I took the same dog same services, the first time was 50 then 43 for the second then 65 for the third. The last time I went there they were not even cut my dog nails and shave the belly. I was disappointed. read more

We were very disappointed with the grooming of our yorkie. We gave the groomer a picture of the results we were looking for and it didn't seem as though there was any effort to meet our expectations. Worst grooming ever! They butchered my dogs fur, and didn't do what we asked for. We've brought out pooch to this place several times in the past and they used to do a great job, but the past couple times, it's been awful. Last time they did a bad job and the dark curly haired lady (i don't know her name) was very rude. We gave them another chance, thinking everyone has bad days. This time they did an even worse job. And when my husband told her we didn't get the cut we asked for, she replied with attitude, that's how they do that cut. I've been getting the teddy bear cut for my dogs for a long time and, that's not how it's done!! My poor dog's fur looks choppy and rushed. We will never return to this place again. read more

What a great groomer! Brittany was beyond amazing!!! I have three dogs, a shih tzu, a mini pin/chihuahua mix, and a chihuahua mutt. So I've taken the shih-tzu to a ton of groomers, and they never get the cut the way I like it. They either shave too much of the beard, or too little. Same with the mustache area and above the eyes. With Shampooch mobile grooming, they got it perfect first try. Brittany was fantastic. All my dogs are very happy, which makes me happy too. Totally recommend. Love that its mobile! I had a good experience when I went in the first time. The second time I came in, I was really disappointed they trimmed my puppies nails to Low and it looks like they made one of them bleed. I am giving two stars only because they showed up on time and in theory they have the right idea. The groomer showed up, gave the impression that she knew how to groom a Wheaten Terrier and off she went into her trailer with my dog. She was even given pictures of how his cut should look. I'm still wondering how she managed to turn my Wheaten into a shaved labradoodle. She shaved his body short, and hair can grow back, but what she did to his face and muzzle will take months to come back. Worst part, my dog has not stopped itching since. Something he doesn't do, and has never done after being groomed. Overall, I'm terribly disappointed. (Side note: when asked about why he was so short she mentioned his neck had matts and she had no choice. His neck was not matted and yes, he had some on his belly but when our regular groomer did it she would BRUSH him out.) read more

Best haircut on my Maltese/Yorkie! I always ask for a bear cut and to keep him looking like a puppy and they get it perfect every time!!!! He has had way more expensive haircuts in LA, Miami, and NY - this place has FARRRRR surpassed them all. Tried a haircut with two different stylists and was very pleased. The price point is perfect and very fair. Only thing is that they use a scented shampoo and I'm not always a fan of how perfumish it smells, especially around the face. It doesn't seem to bother him, but it makes me nervous that he might get soap in his eyes during the bath. Besides that, tHey have been fantastic and very sweet. I came in today to get a sanitary cut for my dog and upon pick up, I witnessed a groomer in the back yelling at a dog who was uncomfortable getting her ears cleaned. The groomer said, "SHUT UP! Staff is awesome and they set appointments in 2 hours or so and your doggie is in and out quickly, which is perfect because most dogs don't like visiting groomers or vets.
