He lite up a cigarette in front of my two kids and sat down at the entrance. There are no employees, just him,, so I'm extremely empathetic to how much work it just take. But it sounds like his old employees were driven away by his difficult personality. So disappointed. If this restaurant serves a different regional style of chow mein, that should be clearly explained on the menu so customers know what they're ordering. When you order chow mein, you expect actual chow mein noodles--not vegetables with a side of rice and a bag of crunchy noodles.
