We had an incredible experience here before going on vacation. Three adults, two children, matching gel toes with pineapples for a beach trip. The drinks and service were great. Some pineapples were better than others, but tiny art on toes is hard! I will drive back to Yukon to go here again. Excellent experience and fair prices. read more

I love the pedis here but I gave this place 2 stars because the manis aren't good at all. The first time I got gel and they were okay. This is my 2nd time and I got dip. I had this guy that filed my nails after dipping them and everything?? He also did the glitter really thick... I don't think he knew how to deal with glitter to be honest. And both times they didn't moisturize my cuticles and I always get that at other nail salons. Dry hands and below average nails. Seeking other places for manis! Beautiful nail salon. Very nice equipment. My only recommendation for the salon is have individuals that want to work there, work there. I took my mom here to treat her after a very bad day and the two ladies that did our nails had an attitude and acted like they were very unhappy being here. We get it. This is my third time here. The first two times deserve five stars but this third time was.... not good. I came in with my mom to get both of our nails done, and they only did mine. When she was trying to tell them that we both wanted our nails done, they started arguing with her and she ended up not getting her nails done. My index nail had broken which is why I came in. I also wanted to change the polish. The guy doing my nails had very little idea of what he was doing. Not sure of his name but he had something weird going on with his thumb. I was trying to pick out my polish when he took my hand and started working on it which is understandable but he was kind of rude about it. When he took off my broken nail he was very rough and hurt my finger. He put the acrylic on too thick and my nail is not shaped the same as the others. He then proceeded to file all of my nails down much shorter than I like them. He worked like he was rushed but did everything really slowly. My polish is messy and the acrylic that he did on my index finger is actually on my finger, not just my nail. I really liked this place before. Now I'm not sure I'll go back. The lady arguing with my mom plus the shoddy nails just did not make for a good experience. read more

This was the worst salon I've ever visited. Everyone had a snack basket and my nail tech never asked me if I wanted one. The only good thing about it was that it was very clean. Also my nail tech was rude and I felt like my nails were rushed. I will never go back. I recommend going to Pearl Nails because they are always so nice and prices are better. I just want to say I have gone here for a couple years now and I've always been very pleased. But after my last several visits there quality and quantity of time and care has gone way down. They rush every client through they don't take their time. My husband is diabetic got a pedicure there. she wasn't paying attention and made a huge sore on his heel. Which could be very dangerous you don't injure a diabetic foot ! very careless. While I was getting my pedicure she turned around was talking to the other lady and rubbed on one side. My pedicure looks like my five-year-old daughter painted my toes.I had several younger girls sitting beside me getting a manicure and they took advantage of them and rushed them through as well. the parent was on the other side getting a pedicure. This is my new favorite nail salon. I have come here now a couple times and loved the service each time. You get more for your buck for the manicures and pedicures! Not to mention the lovely snack basket they provide that includes Chex mix, water, and soda (they have wine also!). The staff is very polite and the place is very clean. I've never written a negative review in my life but I felt this was necessary. Today I got a rare relaxation day without my kids and decided to treat myself. I was escorted to my chair by a young man who began filling the tub full of water. I placed a foot in the water to test the temperature and immediately the boy began telling me "ma'am you are to heavy" "ma'am you will break the tub" I tried to ignore it and sat down. (I might add that I did NOT put my weight on the tub at all) When I got seated and looked up he made a point to make eye contact with me and said again "maam you cannot step on this tub you are too heavy" As tears welled in my eyes he then proceeded to go about his business. I would've left right then if I hadnt been with my sister in law. I could'nt even enjoy myself. I fought the urge to cry the entire time. When I left I tipped my nail tech as usual. But I will not be going back. As a place that is supposed to help make women feel and look good I was shocked to be publicly humiliated. You have lost a customer and should be ashamed of how you let your employees talk to paying customers. read more

Received a terrible pedicure on Saturday morning, 4/20/19. The salon was busy, yes, but I'm now left with scant clipping when I asked for thorough clipping. No wait time. I forgot to ask my artist for her name but she did a great job. I got black stiletto nails and she did an awesome job shaping them, and wasn't rough at all. I've been faithful to this nail salon for around nine months now. This time around I got dip (which is what I usually get) the day after I had one break and I went and got it fixed. Today I had another one break and I called and they were so hateful to me! It's a 30 min drive to fix each nail and I also have 3 other nails where my nail has separated. I wanted to love this place. I did the first few times. I brought several people with me and recommended them a lot. The last time I came in the man who did my nails (Dustin I believe was his name) told me I didn't want a design when I asked for it and just went on with his plan of only paintings toes. I again asked for a design on my ring fingers and he again told me you don't want a design. I asked if he knew how to do them or if I needed to get someone else. He said no, I can do anything. He didn't do a design on my fingers or my toes. He also clipped the decoration of my sandals when he saw a wire hanging out and I told him to just tuck it in that was holding my shoe design on and he didn't listen. He clipped the cord which caused my sandal decor to fall off. He also took my ankle bracelet, which was my daughters first necklace off my leg and kept it. I called back after paying and leaving to see if they had it and to tell a manager about my experience. I spoke with Jessica who promised to have me see the best nail girl they had (no name given) and that they would not only cover my next visit with a design but would also give me a gift certificate for the next time to make up for the shoes he ruined. I went in today with my daughter and we had a great experience getting our nails done. The problem came when they refused to honor their word of covering my pedicure and nails today as well as the gift certificate for next time. They tried to take the gift certificate out of my hands and yelled at me repeatedly saying that would be stupid to pay for it twice. I explained one was for the disaster of my nails which didn't even stay on from last time and the other was to make up for my brand new shoes they ruined. I asked them to please get Jessica on the phone to verify. They spoke in another language and said that was not true. They refused to honor their word and told me there will not be a next time that I wouldn't be coming back there and to give them back the certificate. They yelled at me as I left the salon with 4 of my children present. I knew I should have made them give me both certificates when I went back to claim my bracelet. I trusted her too much. She wrote down my name and number when I went up there and shook my hand apologizing and promising to take care of me the next two times. Sad. While I was there two other ladies came back in also upset about their nails. They were very rude with them as well. Very unprofessional. read more

ended up with a bad nail infection! and my friend is who went with me got an full set and her nails were lifting up due to how poorly they were done. the nails were streaky and after going back in when realizing after walking outside ( couldn't see it in there because it was dark ) instead of putting on another coat of color they applied a top coat and told us it would be fine. will not be going back, it was our first time here but sadly had a poor experience read more
