Worst salon I have been to in a very long time. From the moment I walked in I felt like a total inconvenience. The lady mumbled the entire time and complained that I cut my own toe nails. I wasn't even asked what kind of pedicure that I would like - only color. She was by herself but at the time I was the only client here. When another client came in, she clearly knew her and was a like nice to her. Stopped working on me and continued on her. I would never come back here. Went in and the salon was empty, I was wrapping a call with my boss from work and the lady/owner was rushing me to talk to her and kept interrupting me, I show her a picture of what I want it and she told me that it was $55 and an extra $10 just for the call line and that was only with regular nail polish, I asked her to just do the plain color, the lady was super rude. She did not talked at all, throughout the whole experience, she kept pulling my hands and nails, roughly and hurt me around my cuticles when she was pushing the Nail back after it was filled with the acrylic, then she kept insisting for me to get gel polish or powder, and I told her that I was not interested, and she make a comment about my hand brace that didn't make any sense, I should've listen to the reviews, she then move the fan towards me to dry off my nails. I had my sweater off and a tank top and I was super cold. There was no reason for her to turn the fan and she had me with my hands super uncomfortable, waiting for the nail polish to dry I paid and said thank you and the lady just kept ignoring me she didn't say anything what a horrible experience. Oh, and after she was done filing my nails, she told me to go pick the color, I showed her a picture of what I want it, hoping that she was going to get me the right color but she didn't and once she starting applying it, the color was totally off. Jenny and Brandon are your go-to for SNS dip nails in San Antonio. I have been coming here for over 2 years and they have over 400 colors to choose from. Harris is great for pedicures and has done so well knowing exactly how I like my shape and cut when it comes to my toes. Jenny can do ombré with SNS and it looks so good. She does all the required steps for SNS unlike other salons (I've cheated on Jenny a couple of times and have ran back to her apologizing for the poor quality she has to fix). THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR and Like almost all non American nail salons their was no professionalism or good customer service, and there was a HORRIBLE SMELL THAT HIT ME AS SOON AS I WALKED IN, I believe it's from the dirty fish tank they have sitting in the middle of the shop the water looked dirty. i originally walked in to get a manicure and pedicure but after dealing with the same rude old disgusting lady named chinny i told her I didn't want her to do my pedicure, the lady who did my nails rushed me from the beginning and rushed my pedicure as if they didn't have 4 hours before they closed the end result of my pedicure was disgusting, For what i paid I should've just did it myself. i also observed her treat me yes a (black woman) different than anybody else that walked into that shop, so BLACK WOMEN YOU SHOULD AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST THERE IS DEFINITELY A RACIST STEREOTYPICAL UNDER TONE about these people and the business she also went from customer's feet to feet with out washing or sanitizing her hands in between so they're definitely not practicing any covid safety regulations and had the nerve to blame me for her mistake of not placing a toe divider between my big toe and 2nd toe after she had to restart on my big toe and once she was also mumbling under her breath being disrespectful, i have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life read more

Save your time, money, and frustration. This is the crap job the owner did on my nails. 1) fuzz was left in my nails bc the top coat didn't dry properly, also leaving rough nails, not smooth. 2) the top coat was not put on completely and and had areas on the sides of 2 nails that were missing the glossary top coat. 3) within 12 hrs 4 nails had blistering, leaving the tips of my nails looking like broken glass. I called immediately after leaving and realizing the issues and was able to make it back for fixes within 2 hours. When I returned the owner refuses to tell me how long it would take to fix and just tells me to sit down. She then precedes to tell me that the issues I had with my nails were my fault and I caused them. After sarcastically agreeing bc I just want my nails to be fixed I waited 5-10 mins and continued to not be helped but still being belittled. I didn't have time to spend 3+ hours at a nail salon so I suggested combing back the next day. On my arrival the next day the same situation happened. The owner continued to blame me for the shit job and I asked for a refund which she refused. I don't trust her nor do I feel like being yelled at by a women who was watching videos on her phone the whole time she was doing my nails. Reasons this happened: 1) lack on attention to detail due to watching videos on phone while doing my nails 2) old material or not properly maintained materials (SNS powder and the various jell layers) All around an unfortunate experience and the owner has little care about providing a good service or being a decent business owner. read more

I went in for my second mani and pedi, and while Harris did my pedi and it came out amazing, the owner left much to be desired. She didn't give my nails two proper coats, it was splotchy in places, and a spot I asked her to cover twice still was not fixed. She also did my friend's nails and hers didn't dry properly and they were all sorts of bumpy. In addition, the entire time she worked on our nails she ranted about how shallow her customers are and how it's not fair that they own islands and other don't. Hey, I am all down for ragging on the elite, but when I am trying to relax, I don't want to be reminded of how much people suck. Finally, she did such a poor job because she was rushed when she did my nails. She was so concerned with her next walk in client that she blotched both of our nails. This lady is rude I paid $125 to get my nails and eyelashes done I was told my eyelashes would stay for 2 months however 2 hours later they all fill out one by one and only one side I went back to get them fixed and she was pushing my head around and insisting that I did something to make them fall out she replaced but did a crappy job the glue was stuck to my eyelashes and eyelid I will never trust her again as far as my nails are concerned she did not push back my cuticles clip my nails or even clean my nails before she put a set on my nails and when I asked her about it she said this is the way she does it all the time I wouldn't have got services done but she charged me $125 before I even sat in the chair to get any service done therefore taking the 7 to 10 days to get my money back on my card I went along with services instinct should have came first and I should have followed this is a sad place and I will pray for her read more

Worst shellac job I've ever had! You would think that the owner would take more pride in her work. She completely rushed through the whole service and by the end I had blobs of shellac around my edges. To "fix" her mistake, she took a nail file and filed off all my edges, leaving me with the opposite problem, no polish now at the end of my nails and sides. I couldn't believe it! It's not even a hard service, and could have been avoided if she took a little more time. Also, I hated that she used a drill to clean up my cuticles in the beginning, very lazy. I feel bad not tipping at all since I'm also in the service industry, so I only tipped her 2 bucks, I could tell she was mad about it. I will never go back! read more

I used to go there very often for pedicures. The last time I decided to get a manicure instead (shellac). After the 2nd day the jell was lifting and coming off of 3 nails. Shellac is supposed to last at least 2 weeks. So I went back to fix it and also get a Pedicure. Jenny was so RUDE, she was giving me attitude, complaining about me asking to fix the nails, arguing with me, blaming it on my nails (how is it going to be my nail when is just 3 of them and when I have had this before???) and she was refusing to do the shellac which I paid for. After her bad behavior and miss treatment I didn't want her to touch me. CONGRATULATIONS JENNY!!!! With your attitude and violation of a client rights, you decided to loose a loyal customer over three nails. Reading the other comments, I see that you have a problem lady. Ouch! Watch out for the guy who works at Jenny's nails. He was way too rough on my feet. The massage was more of a torture than a relaxing massage. My nails were cut so short they hurt. And only part of my nails are painted. He left about 1/4 or less of my nails un-painted on each nail. Not that I had much of a nail left to paint. Maybe he need to buy some glasses... One lady worked on my feet and I'm presuming Jenny worked on my hands. The lady who did my pedi was quiet and respectful but Jenny, omg. Would. Not. Stop. Talking. For twenty minutes I sat there while she had a one way conversation with the pedi lady in a volume so loud the "tranquil" music they had playing in the background got drowned out. I couldn't help but think of the irony. I couldn't take it anymore and asked how much it would be to just stop right there. I didn't come to listen to them gossip. She said I should have told her I just wanted to relax then worked in silence for 30 seconds before the whispering and snickering began. I was miserable.
