When I arrived at the Century City store, they did not carry Sunsets at all. When I explained that Brentwood had directed me there, I was told I "should have called first." What's frustrating is that I relied on information given to me by your own store, only to be redirected again and then blamed for not verifying it myself. For customers who need structured sizing, this is not a small issue. You can't just try random styles--fit is very specific, and without consistent inventory or accurate guidance, it becomes extremely difficult to shop in-store. On top of that, the return/exchange process was unnecessarily complicated. I was not allowed to exchange for a different style in the correct size and was instead required to repurchase the item. This left me with over $500 temporarily tied up across multiple charges and pending refunds. The staff I interacted with were polite, but the system itself is rigid and not customer-friendly. For comparison, stores like Nordstrom handle exchanges and returns seamlessly, without putting this kind of burden on the customer. Swimwear is one of the most fit-sensitive categories in retail. Without accurate communication between stores and a more flexible exchange policy, the customer experience becomes unnecessarily frustrating. I hope the company takes a serious look at improving both its inventory communication and return process, because this experience was far more difficult than it should have been.

They had a wide selection here, I ended up going with a top that had a little bit more coverage and no tie in the back to make it easy to put on, in black. I got bottoms that were this blue tie-dye color. They have a lot of goggles here that I haven't really seen in any stores really. They have Swedish goggles, which are really good for keeping water out of your eyes, but I personally prefer speedo vanquishers. I already have a pair that I retrofitted with some bungee straps, but good to know that they have them here in case they get messed up. In addition to suits and goggles, they also have a wide variety of swim caps in various materials, such as silicone, latex, and Lycra. The worker was very helpful with explaining the care for caps as well as the differences between different materials. I went with latex because it's generally harder to slip off, though silicone is a bit more sturdy and harder to rip, it always slides off my head and lends to a difficult swimming session. I would say, if you're looking for anything swim related, especially for a lap swimming or competitive swimming, come here and you'll find everything you'll need!

For years they've been at the same location but in January they moved one block north on the same street. They are located on the south west corner of Beverly Drive and Charleville.
