I've had bad experiences with the taste of the drinks for all of few times I've been here, so I usually avoid this place. However, I was in a rush today and this was the closest boba place. I ordered a Thai tea with 80% sweetness and it was undrinkable because of how sweet and flavorless it was. I did not expect this because a few months ago I ordered a milk tea with 50% sweet and it tasted extremely bitter and fully unsweetened. The Thai tea has no Thai or tea flavor and it tastes like a gallon of artificial flavor syrup was poured into a cup with orange food coloring. It was also $7 including boba which is extremely expensive compared to the boba places nearby. Literally get any other boba place in the area, there's a reason why it's empty, despite its location.

I'm going to IGNORE the absurd pricing because Bay Area fees exist. But charging MORE just for no ice? Lmao. Almost $10 for a Thai tea. Ordered Okinawa, Thai and 2 Honey Oolong Teas. Both normal sweetness. Both tasted like barely sweet milk. I'm like damn... is the standards of the Bay really that low? Half the "cup" was boba barely any tea. Come here if this is your only choice for boba or tea. Still looking for the equivalent of "Teazerz" from Central Valley here. Very mid as the kids say.

The best boba on this plane!! Palestinian-owned, Halal, Muslim friendly. It's a must-go spot in Berkeley

Everything is good. Go to spot for boba and teas. But when you ask for less ice they will not give you less ice. Here's my "less ice" strawberry tea: tasted pretty good though.

the tea was kinda watery and they didn't follow sweetness preferences well. there was a lot of space though. Decor was decent. Service wasn't remarkable.

Really good tea. Came quickly and was really cheap! Tasted really good, and the mix of tea and sugar was an amazing mix.

The first time I was here I didn't have the best experience, but the owner reached out and was genuine in his response so I came back and am happy to report that the service was great and the drinks are as well! Since then I've come back multiple times for the great prices and easy ordering through snack pass! The proximity to campus and the efficiency of everything is great for when the other boba spots nearby have huge wait times.

Sharetea opened where Tzone was. infrastructure same with new decor ..... offerings: fruit tea, milk tea, fresh milk tea, signature, classic tea, cream ice blended, matcha series. drink: crema green tea (5.25) less ice, light sweet 30% -shook it up a few times, took a few sips, crema had no taste, green tea faint. -a few more sips, no more tea taste, -drinking near the bottom, very sweet! drips: -drink came out quickly. -didn't see matcha series on the screen....

Classic milk tea the next day, still delicious

I ordered through DoorDash, I had the mango green milk tea and classic milk tea, both were delicious I would definitely order from here again when I am craving milk tea. I can't speak for the service or the location since I have never been there but I will check it out when I get a chance. I see a lot of comments on people just tasting water and sugar, but I assure you, I can taste the tea and the flavors (if you get a flavored milk tea) I am enjoying the classic milk tea right now and took a sip to see if I can taste the tea and it's there. But also I order my milk in tea at 80% sweetness and less ice, so maybe that's why? Not sure. But I enjoy the milk tea here and will be ordering some more.

It feels like everything has come full circle to see ShareTea back in Berkeley after years ago the prior ShareTea on Bancroft turned into Rare Tea. This new ShareTea is also located very close to UC Berkeley campus, on the south side. I ordered a mango green milk tea for pickup on a Tuesday afternoon, which didn't take long to be ready. I selected 50% sweet and less ice. The tea was mildly sweet and although I like milk, I think I would've preferred an even stronger flavor to the mango and green tea. No complaints otherwise though, it's a solid and convenient place and it does have some indoor seating.

I got the Cocoa Lover with pudding it was good. I got it hot, but it wasn't that hot, probably because of the pudding. But it was yummy.

Sometimes it's good to try something different and a place with some interesting character and characters. I usually get deli sandwiches which have deli meats but this place has fried chicken sandwiches . So I was craving a sandwich so I headed to Crave Subs in Downtown Berkeley next to BART station. They have lots of sandwiches available on the menu. On a Summer stroll getting some sun in Downtown Berkeley I landed at Crave Subs. Inside it's like you stepped into an ice cream parlor with a comic book shop and arcade and a deli all at the same time. You will see sandwiches on the menu called the Pikachu, Ned Flanders, and Bart Simpson. You will see Chewbacca fries along with the Spider-Man fries and the vegan Sailormoon fries. I got the Captain Boom Halal Fried Chicken, Boom Boom Sauce, Cheddar Cheese and Crave Sauce on a roll. It was tasty and a bit crunchy and had lots of flavor. It's one of the best Halal chicken sandwiches I had. If you crave a fried chicken sandwich then Crave Subs is the spot. It will "cost "you an extra 50 cents if you want to "floss" with extra drip "sauce" to show off on social media and during OSL my social media feed was stuck in the" Land of OZ" If you want great fried chicken sandwich you don't need to visit KFC or meet the chicken"commanders" like the late "Colonel Sanders" just get a Captain Boom with "Halal chicken standards" or grab a Pikachu sandwich or a turkey sandwich called the "Ned Flanders "

One of my biggest pet peeves is when restaurants reduce the guality or quantity of their meal to cut costs while charging premium prices. I will say I didn't mind paying a few dollars more for their subs in the past. I went there today for the first time in a couple of years, ordered a regular size basic ruben sandwich (no add-ons) and was ok paying nearly $18 dollars for just the sandwich until they handed it to me. what I got was a small 6" sub. When did their subs shrink?? in this economy we are all struggling. I get it, things cost more but Craves' owner is not doing his patrons a service by charging them premiums while cutting back on the meals. If you're ok paying that much for a shrunken sub, more power to you. I l, however, will not be going back there.
