Worst sharetea ever. Have gone here for years and this is the last time. I've gotten the same exact drink for the past 5 years. They got my drink wrong. Had it remade and it's the SAME wrong drink again. Both times they make it seem like I ordered wrong. Third time, it's the right one- EXCEPT, it's WATERED DOWN. If you have 20+ drinks being made and 20 drinks waiting to get picked up and only 1 worker handing drinks...does it occur to you to up your staff by 1 person to help hand out orders and stamp cards. Love that they have a variety of drinks (ie their specialty mojitos, mixed fruit drinks, earl grey drinks) that you can't find elsewhere. They do run sweet and half sweet was still way too sweet for me, so 25% or even 0% might be the way to go if you want to taste more tea and less, well, syrup. They're also very popular and there is a long line, but they're a pretty well oiled machine and I got my order in about 15 minutes or so. You can either go there to order or do it online via GrubHub. I come here about 2x a week as I am a local here. The lines get very long around mid-day and with 4 employees working max, the wait time can be fairly long for a cup of boba. However, they do move fast to get the orders out quickly. The average price for a drink is $3.50-$4.50 without toppings. The ice blended drinks are the more expensive ones with their milk teas around $4.00. I think the price is justifiable because their one-size cup is considered a large at other boba shops. The shop is clean and their is a comfortable furniture arrangement for people who want to chill while they wait for the drinks. Outside tables are also provided. Love this place! Pre order because they always have lines. The boba and lychee jelly is fresh and the drinks are delicious.

Pulled up in front of the store and saw a sign saying "online orders only" Okay. We looked for an app, there's no app. Went on their website which had no option to order. Finally went to the store and asked how we order and the girl said orders are only through grubhub or yelp "but we currently aren't accepting any orders because we are busy. We should be opening orders though in about 15 minutes or so.." there was literally nobody in line or standing in front of the store. At that point I was over it. One of my favorite regular boba spots! My favorite drinks to get are Wintermelon milk tea, coffee milk tea and taro milk tea, all with boba with regular sweetness and ice. Drinks are on point and customer service is always good. It's usually busy no matter what time of day so there's usually some wait but it's worth it. If you're picky with boba they never disappoint here, they always have perfectly chewy boba. Random note: they call boba "pearls" here. If you say boba of course they'll know what you're talking about, but it confused my bf who doesn't drink boba regularly and thought that pearls were something different. I have seen other boba places use both terms to describe different things so I can see why it would be confusing. Came only once so far during the pandemic. Not sure what was wrong with my bfs and mines drinks but they tasted off, not bad but it tasted like the drinks were mixed with something else. I got the wintermelon milk tea and my bf got thai tea. I have been coming to this location for a long time and I always order drinks for my coworkers. Today I picked up 5 drinks and the 3 milk tea were basically just milk and sugar, no taste of tea (black tea). As soon as I took them out of the bag I noticed the color was too light but I was in Long Beach. No one at work like them because it was just sugary watered down milk. read more

This place is now on my favorite list of Boba Spots. When I go shopping for groceries or get gas at Costco I typically stop by here now. I happen to try it from my best friend who decided to bring us all boba to my house to catch up. And I am glad she showed this place to me because it is something new to try. This place has plenty of options! I tried the Strawberry Iced Blended with Lychee Jelly and Ice Cream. I am a big on sweets and this satisfied my sweet tooth. What's nice too is the cashier always ask if you want to reduce your sweetness. Which helps with the customization of your drink because not everyone has a sweet tooth like me. read more

Imo Sharetea is on the pricier side of boba places in Cerritos but it's not super unreasonable. Most recently I got the lime mojito drink there with boba and I've gotta say, it's a tasty drink (you're getting whole mint leaves people!) And the boba is good. LOVE this place! I literally have an IG Highlight for Sharetea visits alone! Honestly this is my go-to. Prices are cheap but quality is high. It does get really busy ESPECIALLY busy in the evening time. It's a small space with limited seating but they have free wifi to help you with the wait! The first time I tried Sharetea was in the Philippines and I'm glad it's just as good here as it was there. I bring my out of town guests here and I can't wait for them to open more stores! Best part of Sharetea is being able to customize sweetness, ice level, and add-ons. My fave is the Honey Milk Tea at 30% sweet with boba. My family loves their Taro Milk Tea, Taro Ice Blended, Wintermelon Tea Creama with Ice Cream, and Classic Black Tea. Some drinks they cannot go below a certain sweetness level, but they will let you know that ahead of time. read more

Cons: The line is always long at what seems like all hour of the day. Expect to be here for at least 30 minutes - ordering and getting your drink. They don't have games and barely enough chairs to occupy everyone that's waiting. With that said, not a great study spot as it's very crowded, but could be a cool hang out spot for those that like to be surrounded by people and speak loudly. Luckily I came on a week day near closing and there was only 4 people when I got inside. || drink || I always get their QQ Happy Family Milk Tea since it comes with a unique but well-complemented array of toppings: boba, red bean, pudding, herb jelly, and lychee jelly. Unfortunately they ran out of the regular boba at the time (understandable since it was like 30 mins to closing) so the cashier asked me if I'd like to sub it with mini boba which was no problem for me. I got 50% sugar and normal ice. || service || For a place that constantly has busy foot traffic, I understand if customer service may lack since the workers may be focused on moving the line faster. However, my cashier seemed almost unhappy to be working when taking my order. The drinkmaker who called out my drink, however, had a happy and friendly personality when she gave me my drink. This joint is HOPPING (poppin?). We came here in the middle of the afternoon on a Friday and the line was literally out the door. They don't exactly have great line management (are you in line or waiting for your drink kind of situation) but we ended up coming back an hour later after we ate. When we came back, it was a line of about 5 people. I ordered the Okinawan Milk Tea with Pearls and made it as unsweet as possible (which is apparently around 80% for this drink). I loved my drink and would happily accept it in a gallon form if I could. The Boy got grapefruit tea with berry boba at 30%. His was still really sweet even at that level. The berry boba was interesting although it kind of went along with the whole fruit tea thing. All in all a good tea place. There were quite a bit of seating inside with some seating outside as well. This particular Sharetea in Cerritos is filled with great service and a variable menu with tons of teas and add-ons to choose from. With unique and yummy flavors their milk tea selection is always my way to go. Be cautious of the sweet levels for the fact that 100 percent has giving me and a few of my other sweet tooth friends the sour face for how much they use. Particularly the Taro Milk Tea with 60 percent sweet and less ice with Boba is my go to. The menu is worth exploring, the service is fast most nights and prices are decent.
