A quick update on Sharetea. Sharetea has definitely gotten better over the years. And while it used to not have seats inside due to COVID, it does have a few tables now so you can hang out there if you'd like. The ordering process is through the kiosks now which I think is a standard at many establishments. Menu hasn't changed all too much though I did notice that their coffee milk tea now comes with coffee jelly which I learned one day that drinking it all will keep you up if you're caffeine sensitive like me! They do have special drinks here and there, but for the most part their menu has pretty been constant and stable with very minimal changes. Service has been pretty good over the years too and doesn't take too long. Overall still quite good for boba and milk tea drinks alike. Parking is often very easy, just a bit out of the way and not easy to get to unless you're in the area or live in the area. read more

Stopped by for a drink as I was in the neighborhood and this Sharetea location happened to be nearby. I've always been a fan of the Sharetea brand, and thankfully this location was not an exception. Located in a fairly large outdoor shopping center, parking is plentiful and free in their private lot. There are also plenty of seating inside if you opt to stay and study, chat, or just relax. I came in around the afternoon on a Saturday weekend, and the inside was not too busy. They were making a few drink orders ahead of me, but the wait was only about 10mins before my drink was ready. Went with a Mango & Passion Fruit Green Tea w/ Boba drink (my typical go-to) and really enjoyed the delicious juice and the soft yet not mushy boba balls. Pricing is very reasonable here. A regular sized drink with a boba topping (+$0.65) only came out to $6.75. read more

Keep in mind, you order through the kiosk as they don't accept cash and there's no bathrooms available to patrons so it's more of a to go kind of place. Not super welcoming here. No food options but there are a few places in this plaza that have food. This probably isn't a new thing, but one thing I don't get is that the kiosk asks for a tip when we are ordering ourselves? The staff is just making the drinks. Isn't this kind of unnecessary if this is more of a to go place rather than sit down? Please reconsider this. Overpriced artificially flavored sugar water. The tea here does not taste like tea. There are much better tea places in the area if you want to grab a cup of sweet tea. And they charge less too. Sharetea isn't my number 1 boba shop, but a decent place to go since it's so close to my place. I usually get a Passionfruit and mango green tea with 0% sugar and it's still super sweet. It has an artificial taste, but my boyfriend loves this place (he gets the Thai blended) The store is located right next to Safeway and has some restaurants nearby, never an issue with parking. Can't go wrong with ShareTea. If we're not in the mood to go Brian Black Tea, we come here. You can order on Doordash for pickup or order when you get there on kiosks that they have available. The service is a hit or miss. They don't really acknowledge you when you come in, not really as friendly, but you can tell they're focused on making everyone's drinks. Came here for my usual Sharetea drink, kiwi aiyu jelly, no sugar, no ice. You order on machines and they automatically make your order. I brought my own cup and own straw, for whatever reason there was a big discussion about why they can't use my own cup (I don't like using plastic). Apparently it's because they use the cups to count...something? Why can't they use their register system to count number of drinks they sold, isn't that more accurate than using cups (employees don't get free drinks here? Employees don't mess up drinks here ever? Counting cups is not accurate). Please change your system and think about the environment! In the end, they did it for me but it felt uncomfortable, not sure why I had to debate so much in favor of being better to the environment. read more

Sharetea is one of my favorite boba spots! I come here pretty often to get my favorite drink which is the mango ice blended with boba! Ever since Covid, I'm pretty sure they have switched to strictly kiosk/iPad ordering. I do not have a problem with this because I prefer this method of ordering as I can take as much time as I need. The place is clean enough. Although, they use some chairs and tables to create some sort of barricade from being able to go to the bathroom in the back. So no bathroom which is honestly my only downside LOL. Otherwise, the few chairs and tables they have for customers are always clean. The staff is always really nice and I'm not sure if it's all Sharetea locations, but the staff here ALWAYS give SOOOO MUCH BOBA!! I love it so much, because a lot of places are really stingy with their boba ://. I would start to say the name of the drink and she would immediately go "sugar levels and ice levels?" I would understand the rush if there were a lot of people waiting to order, but I was literally the only customer inside Sharetea. The Hokkaido milk tea with pearls was just okay so it's definitely not something worth driving out of your way for. The tea was definitely pretty sweet and I was satisfied with it overall, it doesn't strike me as particularly different than the quality of drink you would get at any other Sharetea location. Visited Sharetea Fremont the other day while nearby in the area. Haven't been here since 2018 and I'm glad the quality of drinks are still on par to back then. Currently, you have to order via the self-ordering kiosks as they are not taking orders via the cashier anymore. According to signage, they are experiencing a technical issue...(I just think they don't want to take orders up front and prefer you to use the kiosk). The pricing here is pretty reasonable compared to some of the other places nearby, and you get a good amount of boba. Most of the milk teas drinks here already come with boba, and the boba here is perfect! It's soft and chewy, you can tell it's very freshly made here. I've had the Okinawa Milk Tea with Boba, Thai Milk Tea with Boba, Matcha Red Bean Milk Tea, and they are all really solid and delicious! Would totally recommend trying them. If you check in on Yelp, you get a discount of 50% off your second drink. To redeem it, you simply place an order at the kiosk and then once you've finished, you show the workers your receipt, and they'll refund you half the price of one of your drinks. They are also part of FiveStars and you earn 1 point for every drink purchased here and once you have 12 points, you get a free drink. Masks are still required to enter the facility and the staff still wear them as well. Currently it's Togo only, no dine in. The customer service is great, the people that work here are very friendly and approachable to any questions or concerns. Share Tea is a reliable boba chain, so I can always count on decent boba when I come in. The service is good (not great, not terrible) and the drinks are well-made. The last time I was here, I ordered the Okinawa Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea, 80% sweetness (they couldn't reduce it any more than that). The drink itself was fine (a little sweet for my taste but I got what I asked for) but the boba was a little stale and hard in the center. This was not the first time I got stale boba from this place. I'm not sure if they would remake the boba if I said anything or just discount it for next time? Anyway, it's a decent place to come if you don't have any other option. If you don't mind going all the way down to Thornton, there's Feng Cha who has more innovative fancy drinks and their boba typically is on point. P.S. the creamer they use here is non-dairy (meaning, lactose-free) but I think it's still milk-derived so it's not vegan I don't think. If you're vegan, order a clear tea drink instead. The mango passionfruut fruit tea is on the sweeter side but nice balance on the jasmine green tea. The fruits are sweetened and its a fresh puree. Add boba for chewy texture feel. It was still sweet with 50% sweetness. I recommend going lower than 40%. 3.7/5. Mango mojito is on the bitter side. Not my favorite! 2/5. I highly recommend the qq milk tea with boba, pudding and red beans. This was their signature drink which had everything. All of my favorites except the red beansvputs my tastebuds off. The boba was perfect texture - qq! I ordered from grubhub and was last in line around 8:00pm on a Saturday. I just didn't know which stores are near closing time. read more

This spot has good drinks and the workers are very friendly. They were really busy the last few times I went here. They have kiosks for contactless ordering. I like their Fivestars reward program, and have gotten some good deals through it. You can't use your rewards/deals at the kiosks, but someone will help take your order and apply the discount at their counter, you just gotta let them know. The workers at this shop are very rude. They should work on bettering their customer service skills. However, one of the workers, a lady with super short hair wearing a hat, was very sweet. Can't say the same for the rest of the workers. Very rude answering questions, airpods in, frowning, no greeting upon entry, etc. I understand when workers have bad days, but this seems to be the case every time I come into this shop. They also forgot to add pudding to the Golden Retriever drink I ordered. Upon receiving the drink, I noticed that there wasn't pudding and asked the workers about it. They said it's in there, it's just yellow so it blends in to the drink.. I got home, took a sip, and sure enough, it was missing pudding. I used the kiosk to order a Oreo ice blended drink with no pearls and mango ice blended with ice cream drink. Once I got my drinks, there were more customers who arrived. I thought that this would be a sign that my drink would be good, but of course how could you go wrong with an Oreo drink. I took a sip and was confused that it tasted like there was coconut in it. This place is close to my house, and I still can't believe I haven't written a review yet! I don't come here that often despite it being close though, just every once in a while. Yesterday when I walked in, I got a classic milk tea via ordering on the kiosk (you usually have to here).. They don't do cash, btw. Even though it wasn't that busy when I came in, there were only like 2 employees working and the drinks seemed to take slightly longer than usual and I noticed yesterday that they now have this tray thing which customers can't reach and they put a few drinks on it instead of the counter where customers can reach it. I get that it's easier for the workers so they can keep track of drinks made, but I had kind of a weird interaction with a worker. She might have been new, but asked what's the name on the order? Order number on kiosk? Did you get the text? I told her I didn't get the text and didn't remember exactly the kiosk order number since it doesn't save after you order. I don't think this really should have mattered when I confirmed twice what drink I ordered and it surprised me when I told her my name and she didn't give me my drink right away. In the past, this wasn't really an issue since they would just either call out your name or put it directly on the counter for you to grab. Some other cons is that most of the drinks usually come in one size which is a bit frustrating esp when you just want something smaller. Some of the drinks aren't fully customizable for less sugar. Great, my first time here. The guy very pleasant and helpful, patient and assisted with great input. He explains the menu and I ended up getting 4 drinks because he made them sound so good. Clean and easy parking. I must have got there at a good time on a Sunday because no waiting. I placed the order, yes with a lot of questions (still learning boba) and then I was asked to wait. I went outside to wait and then they have a number caller to let you know your order is ready. Again the guy said thank you and very sweet. The girl working with him I know was busy but when she left the drinks to pick up she just left them there. Left no room for if I had questions.
