I had bad experience in 2012 but so much time has passed and I was open minded to returning. When I called to schedule an appointment a very rude woman named Denise spoke with me. I am not in the habit of posting negative reviews but when someone is inconvenienced by doing their job and cannot be bothered to be neutral at the bare minimum that person shouldn't be answering the phone. It was a brief conversation and there was no need to be pushy or rude. She discouraged me from scheduling when I didn't have my insurance ID. I asked if I could make a cash pay appointment and she didn't want to hear that at all. When I asked about a Saturday appointment I was told that was for urgent injuries such as broken bones which is not what their automated system says when you're on hold or what the website says either. I don't understand why I was treated this way and I will absolutely never call them or refer anyone to them again. 2.5 stars on Google/Yelp is generous.

My progress has been great over the last four months, and the ATI team has been a crucial part in that journey. Jocelyn was my primary therapist, and she always had something innovative to challenge myself. When she wasn't there, the rest of the ATI team were great in helping me stay on routine. I can't thank them enough for all that they've done for me, as they helped lay a great groundwork for my physical future.

ATI switched me to self pay after my visits ran out from insurance and never involved ME in that decision. I was told they got "additional authorization" for me through my insurance. Now i have a substantial debt they are billing me for and after doing a deep dive into this, ATI will not send me the "additional authorization" nor will they tell me who switched me to self pay and raised my per visit rates substantially. ALL OVERSEAS!! beware. BBB has many billing issue complaints. MANY

Dr. Miller has a very easy going and gentle personality..., which is intangibly important to me and my wife! My initial reason for seeing him was due to my left shoulder causing me pain. Ironically, I had a skiing accident that resulted in a tear of my MCL just prior to seeing Dr. Miller initially. After an MRI, he treated the MCL tear and shoulder pain with PT initially and didn't rush me into making a surgical decision. In addition, he gave me a cortisone shot for the shoulder which released the pain. The MCL healed nicely without any further procedure being required; however after 6 months the shoulder did get worse due to a separate but freak accident, so we decided that surgery was the only option that would relieve the pain permanently. This was the best decision, because the arthroscopic procedure revealed a massive tear of the supraspinatus which required 6 anchors instead of the normal 4 to reattach it properly. The entire experience has been outstanding and thankfully, the pain has been minimal. You can probably tell I really think the world of Dr. Miller and would recommend him to anyone who needs orthopedic care mostly because of his extensive experience and thorough approach.

I checked in and as I was starting to fill out paperwork, I was called back. I was barely able to finish my paperwork when a tech collected me for x-rays. I waited less than 5 min to see Dr McNutt which I'm sure that was only due to him waiting to review my x-rays. He politely introduced himself and quickly examined my arms' mobility. Immediately he determined the source of my injury, gave me a shot of some sort to relax the inflamation. He prescribed physical therapy and sent me on my way. It was an amazingly fast visit and a huge relief that he diagnosed my issue as I was suffering for months just hoping it was basic soreness that would go away.

The nurse who tended to my daughter was really sweet and Dr. Bell was just as nice. They both definitely knew what they were doing and explained everything in detail.
