He's laid back enough for me but takes my concerns seriously. I think that's the most important thing. I'm not a fan of some of their admin stuff, especially recently. I have never (ever) been late with a bill. Now, when visiting, they are trying to force you to pay for a visit where they haven't even mailed a bill yet. When I explain I like to review the bill, I'm told they can print it out and I can pay it. I find this heavy-handed approach a bit annoying.

The service, however, left more to be desired, especially from medical professionals. My check-in felt methodical and unfriendly. Then, it was lost in translation between the front desk and the medical staff. No one bothered to apologize for the extra 30 minute wait. While I was waiting, I overheard a patient saying she was there, by phone request, to sign a document. After receiving the same methodical, unfriendly service, she was told they couldn't find the document, but IF they found it, they would call her back. After she left, they made negative remarks about how it had been several days since they called and she was 'just now' coming into the office. Then, I heard the same person who was supposed to call when she found the document say she found it, IF the patient calls back. I wanted to yell "BUT YOU SAID YOU'D CALL HER!!" I also overheard several other phone calls regarding patient's issues. On my first visit, I overheard the medical staff chatting negatively, almost gossiping, about patients, too. Anyone heard of HIPAA? Once I was called back, I felt the friendliness and professionalism continued to be lacking. I feel that Dr. Habib did not do a good job of actually listening to me, but instead seemed to only pick out bits and pieces of what I was saying and proceeded to go off on a tangent, to the point that she offered a prescription for an antidepressant which was completely unrelated to my medical issue. We never even discussed my lab results (of which some tests were left off the lab order) which was WHY I WAS THERE, before she suggested I make an appointment with a specialist. I told her on my first visit, I no longer wanted to see a specialist, because they didn't focus on the whole person, i.e., why I made an appointment with Internal Medicine in the first place. I want to figure out how to get ALL the dominos in order, not just one of them. But, per usual, she didn't listen then either. When I mentioned I'd need a medication refill, she told me I'd be okay if I went a little while without meds until I could see the specialist. I felt the lab work and both appointments with this office were a complete waste of my time. IMHO, steer clear of this medical office. The patient is NOT the priority.

When Better Health now Complete Health took over the practice they threw long time patients out to the wind to find new pcp's and new pain management Drs as well. I knew something was up when I was told the new company would be docking my physicians pay if he continued to prescribe me Xanax. Ridiculous. The physician assistants were unknowledgeable and very unprofessional and disrespectful to patients. The office was small but tidy.

Just waiting to pay a balance due raised my blood pressure. I said "Oh good Lord" when the human who eventually answered said I'd need to call a different number for that. Said human disconnected me and summarily dumped my call back. This was 4:10PM, Friday May 16th.

This woman has the worst customer/client service. She has a nasty tone and attitude and should never work directly with clients . The rolling eyes and sucking her teeth when asked a question is beyond comprehension. When asking for an appt reschedule she acted as if I offended her grandma. It's unfortunate she is the only person available when setting appts. I've been seeing Dr Khan for a while but because of this woman I have to go elsewhere for my mental health.

Our entire family has been going to them for years and when my dad got hospitalized a few years ago Dr. khan came to visit him every day.
