I have been using these guys concrete set up for maybe 25 years now. They have a lot of other stuff…read morebut I'm there for their tow behind concrete mixers. They just hook it to your truck and off you go. The mix is a little weaker 2500 then I would like but it works for most small jobs. On this trip I needed to fill some plumbing trenches inside a new restaurant. The guys inside and outside are always nice and very helpful. They will do the numbers for the amount of concrete that you need just give them the size and they will tell you how much you need. It is a good place and the price is a little higher then the big concrete plants but they make up for it in customer service and you don't pay for a short pour. In all if you need to pour a small pad go see them.

She told me she knew Dan had been doing this for years and she's tried to have him removed, but the owner seems to protect these sleazy people. Stay far away from these people if you're a contractor or any other business needing some kind of sub work. They will go behind your back and try to steal a job from under you. First guy, Dan shows up and takes some measurements. He says he needs another guy to come out a bid removal and repairs of awnings. So I wait and the next thing I know my client is calling me to tell me the second guy is bringing her an estimate for my job. So I text this Dan guy and ask why the other guy is going directly to my client with what I'm hiring them to do. He reads my texts and doesn't respond for a few days. So I give him a call. I ask him why they're going to my client when I'm the one hiring them for my job. He cops an attitude and acts like I'm the one who did something wrong like them being undermining wasn't a big deal. Skip forward to the original estimate that got the ball rolling and I still don't have the estimate for several jobs I was promised. As a contractor if I did this to someone I would loose work and future jobs. These people are unethical and even get back to you in a timely manner. The Estimator, Dan is going to get this company sued. Stay away from these guys and go with a more reputable company. You'll pay a little more and not have to worry about getting screwed over. If it's this bad and I haven't even spent any money yet I can only imagine what it would be if and when they ever did any work. You get what you pay for

I had a very disappointing experience with Sunshine State Movers. I was given the option of an…read morehourly rate or a flat rate of $500, but I felt pressured to decide on the spot, which already felt uncomfortable. Once the move started, the mover's attitude became cocky, snarky, and condescending. During the move, my neighbor misplaced the keys to the truck, and while we were trying to locate them, he continued charging me hourly while standing around in the pouring rain and telling me to call a locksmith. When I asked him to pull some items out of the truck so we could check whether the keys had fallen near the boxes, he seemed irritated and unhelpful. At that point, I asked whether we were doing the agreed flat rate or hourly, and he told me it was hourly. I decided to end the move because I no longer felt comfortable continuing. I was alone, dealing with the situation as a single mom, and I genuinely felt taken advantage of. What upset me most was how the job ended. He did not properly put everything back into the truck before leaving, and my king mattress was left outside in the rain. I had to drag it back into the truck myself. He did not ask if I needed help or make any effort to leave things in a reasonable condition. The entire experience felt unprofessional, disrespectful, and unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend this company based on how I was treated.
