From the moment we walked in, they made sure my son felt safe and comfortable. They had fidget toys ready for him, played his favorite cartoon on a tablet, and most importantly they listened. Instead of using clippers, which are usually too overwhelming for him, they patiently used only scissors. They didn't rush him, they spoke kindly and gently, and they celebrated every step of progress. For the first time in a long time, my son left a haircut smiling. She was very responsive and very nice. When I arrived I explained what I was looking for and she understood my vision right away. I can honestly say she gave me the best cut I've ever had. I came back for a second cut later and she remembered me and the exact details of how I wanted my hair even though I had only been there once before. GREAT customer service and an amazing cut. Parking was easy to find and the atmosphere was mellow. Not overly busy. I was able to get in on a Sunday with almost no notice. I highly recommend this spot and PLEASE go see Eileen. She's the nicest and does amazing work.

Second time and third time Rob has been doing my sons hair and it comes out amazing every time. Maria and Rob were both super patient, kid friendly, accommodating (they offered to put on Cars for my son the first time cause he was nervous), and give a very welcoming vibe. My husband also comes in and has had a great experience and we love that my son and husband can have matching hair cuts. We love coming in and by now my son knows Rob and feels much more comfortable. Another added bonus is the wait is hardly ever super long and all the employees are very kind and make a warm inviting environment. They treat everybody like family here. There are a lot barber shops where the wait it's like being in line at the DMV. Ricks doesn't feel like that at all
