So…read morelet me just say, I went to try them out and my experience here taught me that you really have to stay on top of your service from here, meaning keep checking in on them, because they will not check in with you. I brought a tablet in to get fixed and they told me that they would order the parts, which would only take 4-6 days to be delivered, and that they should have it fixed within 1 day. I went back in on the 7th day asking for an update (because I didn't get one). They told me that they weren't sure if the parts came in because they didn't check their deliveries. My style isn't to create problems, so I told them I would be back. I asked them if they were going to contact me when it was done, and they asked me for my information. I told them that they should have had it from when I brought the tablet in? It was very strange to me. They didn't send a receipt through email as promised either. At this point, I started to worry a bit that I was going to get scammed, but I held on to faith that they would do the right thing. My husband went to pick it up weeks later and it was ready. My husband asked why they didn't send us an update that it was done. Their response was "it should have been sent out in an email." That email never came. Did they fix the screen? Yes. It was in great condition. I am glad they came through with that. My only issue is the transparency of their process. If you're not on them, I swear they might keep your item, say it was abandoned, or that they never had it. At least that is how my experience with them came off to me. Oh, and make sure you get a receipt before you leave! I can say that that part was my fault, trusting that it would have came through email. I know better now if there is a next time, anywhere.

So I came in for the evaluation and maybe waited about 30 mins. They told me it was my south bridge that was causing some over heating which is why my ps5 wasn't turning on. Sounded simple and told me it would be up and running by the next day. I figured you pay after you get your console back but they told me I had to pay right there. It sounded VERY reassuring so trusting, I fronted the $250 for fixing the issue. Sounds like a great deal versus buying a new ps5. I get the exciting call as promised the next day and bring my baby home and fire up Fortnite. Was loading into a match and boom it shuts off again like before. I was bummed but sure the guys would be back on again and rescue me. I drop it off and since the it's been over 2 WEEKs, I haven't heard any follow up info and estimated time needed, nada, nothing. I am a very understand and very easy going customer. In this world, ESPECIALLY business, communication is very critical. Leaving a customer in the unknown is not very professional. A simple answer or even admit of not being able to repair is ok. But nothing for 2 week and ongoing is concerning.
