We are currently in the same situation as many other reviewers. We dropped off our Xbox nearly five months ago, along with payment. I have called, emailed, and direct messaged on instagram and no one from the business has responded. They are super nice in person, so I'm honestly confused at this complete lack of communication. We are holding out hope that we will get our Xbox back someday, but until then I cannot recommend using Console Fix. read more

Took six Xbox series X controllers and to get an upgrade with the hall effect joysticks. I definitely felt the difference in the joysticks immediately after he handed them to me over the counter. Customer service was great. They extended a military discount also gave me a bundle deal since I brought in the six controllers. The turnaround time was less than a day which is great so I can return to playing my Call of Duty. Definitely give these guys a call and get your controllers and consoles serviced here. Absolutely shameful behavior from this shop's management. My nephew brought in his PS5 for repair 11 months ago and he STILL hasn't gotten back his PS5 nor his money. The slow service isn't even what made me write this, what's truly messed up is how they took advantage of my nephew. This kid saved his own allowance to pay for this repair. He was given the run around after months of failed repair attempts. Was told they will give him store credit to do a "swap" for a refurbished PS5 but the shop's manager has been ghosting him ever since when it was time to perform that swap. My nephew gave up after dozens of calls and being told "The manager will call you back". He was ashamed of how the situation played out and didn't tell anybody, not even his mom. I'm his uncle and I only found out when I saw his PS5 missing from his room and I had to pry away this info from him and couldn't believe it. Yes, part of this was a life learning experience for him but to begin with this is something you'd expect dealing with scammers, not a so-called 'professional shop'. Basically they have: - Stolen a kid's property (a 'for parts' PS5 can easily go for $150 on Ebay) and he never got his back. - $112 of his allowance money he used as a downpayment for the repair that he never got back Now he's stuck with store credit that he can't even use. Not to mention being strung along almost a year and spent all this time without a PS5. This is a shop who exploited a teenager who didn't know any better and was too embarrassed to keep fighting them. Absolutely shameless behavior that deserves getting called out. They seem to have two accounts on here so I'm posting this review to this account as well. I came in with a ps5 that was having a power issue. They took it in for a free diagnostic which was great of course and told me they would update me in a few business days. I haven't heard from them in more than that time so I gave them a call and they said they would update me the following day. Within the week after that, I called a few more times and they kept telling me the same thing. The person who knows what's going on and what to do with it will come in later and will update me tomorrow. After 2 weeks of getting told to wait a day and still not really knowing what's wrong with my ps5, I told them that I would come in to pick it up because I was leaving town and didn't want to leave it here. They told me that they would give me the diagnostic with it. I come in it pick it up and the diagnostic was nowhere to be found. I asked if they could tell me what was wrong with the ps5 that they had for two weeks but they couldn't. We called again and they still said they couldn't tell us anything. This place might be good for simple repairs but when it comes to longer and more difficult repairs, it seems like this place doesn't know what to do and how to communicate with the customer. They seem like nice people and want to do good but I just felt like I wasted my time completely. read more

Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. They broke my PS5. I took my PS5 in for an HDMI port repair, and I thought all was going to be well, but it didn't turn out that way in the end. I called, and was happy with the quote on the phone, everything seemed to be legit, so I went in. The repair took longer then expected but as long as its fixed right it's not that big of a deal. Well, that's the problem. The fixed my PS5, or so I believed. I got it home, and it fired right up, got my 2K going and after a little bit the screen goes blank. I thought it must be an HDMI problem, maybe it is, but the lights are off. I tried turning it back on, and nothing. I unplugged it, plugged it back in and it works again. Is it a fluke? nope, 15 mins later, it turned itself off again. It looks like they broke it. It wasn't doing that before. I called them, but of course they were closed for the day. I call around to other repair places, and one of them knew exactly what was wrong. He was like it turns off in 30 minutes doesn't it. Yep. Apparently this comes up a lot when PS5s get worked on. I just dropped it off, and we'll see if they can fix it right. I'll update this review when I get it back. read more
