DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ENTITY: I was told I was getting a genuine screen, I get there and the guys in charge said "your phone wasn't accepting the OEM screen, so we put the aftermarket on it" which I paid for the OEM price, also they left my home button really loose and it's on a swivel rotation and the aftermarket screen doesn't have true colors and acts up all day. Now they're phone has been off for a few days. This is not good way to treat paying customers for a service you provide. Would not recommend this business until they have fixed what they've broken. Second visit: they changed my screen with an older generation screen & now I do not have any touch-ID access and I have a laggy screen. This has been a horrible experience. It's the principle that is the real issue. These guys believe that it is okay to compromise what they're giving you only to make it easier on them and be done with it which is horrible. My phone screen is lagging and my Touch ID doesn't work all because these people want to get a customer out of the way. read more

I bought a screen replacement and screen protector and all seemed well. Until. Somehow, i cracked the screen with this "durable" screen protector. I brought it back and they gave me a "good deal" to buy another screen and protector. I am no way bouncing my phone like Lebron coming up the court...yet, the screen has a small hairline crack...i go back and they try to haggle me again. I have an iPhone 5 that was cracked so bad in the corner you could stick a pencil through the cracks. The gentleman quoted me the lowest price. [Note: It will cost different prices depending on the device] His Kiosk is minimal but his work is quality service. I priced around before getting it done and he quoted me half the price of the other guys. One guy in the Galleria Mall wanted $130!!! Another store in the Del Amo mall wanted $95 and another $25 for a screen protector. I went back to V Fix about a month later and had it done for the price he quoted me. It took him about 40min to fix so we went and ate at Outback. I also bought a new screen protector from him for $15! My phone looks and feels brand new again! Check him out in the Del Amo Mall. Pretty shitty service. I came here with with someone a few days ago to get their iPhone screen fixed. The guy working told us it would take about 15 minutes and cost around 80 bucks. It sounded great to us so we went on with it. After the service, we go to see that neither of the cameras are working on the phone, and neither is the speaker. So, got a new screen but now these problems arrived. Keep in mind, my friend drove over two hours away just to see me for one day, and now he had to go out of his way to come back the next day to get this problem solved. Another guy ended up fixing the camera and finally the speaker. It all took over an hour. No apology, no compensation, nothing. read more

DONT GO HERE! I Went to this place with all the good reviews it had but he literally fu*#ed my phone up! I went in to get the back of my I phone xr fixed. He told me it would be 20-30minutes. after that he had made us wait 30 more minutes because he wasnt done. I finally went back after waiting 1 hr and 45 minutes he gave me my phone back the flashlight would turn on when you turned it off and when it was supposed to be on it wouldn't turn on. Additionally my Face ID is no longer working since I've been here. HE told me he would solve the problem because he "damaged the flashlight wire" he "fixed" it by USING PARTS FROM A OLD RED IPHONE XR AND PUTTING THEM IN MY BLACK XR. Took my phone here to get the screen replaced it looked good the first day the next after charging it there's a bright stripe of light on my phone and the battery is draining fast, and the touch screen sometimes doesn't work. I've never been to a phone repair business and I'm glad I found this place. The top part of my charger got stuck to the part where I connect my charger to my phone. I wasn't able to charge my iPhone for that same reason. I was leaving foot locker and came across this stand. I asked if they can remove that part & they said yes for a small labor fee. If you have an iPhone just go to Apple store. You will end up paying the same plus a waste of time. Took my phone here for the first time and very disappointed. Worked well for about 5 days and then I got a red line down the middle of the screen. Next day, I got discoloration, then only half the screen. Went to kiosk 1 by JCPenny and semi-helpful guy says "no problem, warranty. We switch for you this one time, but you need to walk back to kiosk 2 because that's where you bought it". Get to kiosk 2 and guy says "nope you broke it, let me tell you how you broke it" (tuned him out), says I'll fix for 35 more but that's it". No way I'ma give this company more money. Wrote a letter to the company and no response, just confirms to me that they know what they're doing. I went to Apple, paid for new screen and have peace of mind that it's only going to break when "I" break it. read more

I was truly pleased with the magic Thomas at V Fix in the del amo mall worked on my iPhone, after going to tmobile for idiot support I remembered the kiosk at the mall by the food court, my led was cracked and I couldn't open my phone, thomas was quick to say he could fix it and he did for a very reasonable price and little time too. I watched as he rebuilt my phone in front of me. Something a tmobile clown will never do. I was looking at a week turn around from my insurance and I would pay a deductible of $175. They did fix my broken screen, but the guy is very shady. I called before I went in asking for price, the guy quoted me $75 to $85, but when I got there, he said it will be $89 instead. The guy said If I pay him cash, then it will be $90, but if I pay by card, I will have to pay tax, which I am fine with. However, after looking at the amount, not only did he charge me tax, he also charged me credit card service fee. So the total came out to be 12% more than the actual price. I had to go back and let the guy know my phone became very insensitive and now I have to tap the screen really hard to type. The guy responded.."well, it was broken, what else do you expect?" What a jerk. This is not the first time I have my phone fixed and I was able to type just fine when I took it to other places. I would NEVER go back to this place again!! read more
