A few months ago, I took my phone here to get the back glass repaired. They told me it would take an hour or two, which seemed reasonable. But as soon as I got home, my phone started turning on and off constantly--I couldn't even unlock it. Later, I found out the motherboard had been damaged during the repair. What made it worse was learning this was their first time attempting a back glass repair. They clearly weren't experienced, and the parts they used weren't Apple-certified (confirmed by an Apple technician I spoke with). And this isn't the first time this repair shop has broken another peoples phone. Because the phone was stuck in a boot loop, I couldn't recover anything from it and had no choice but to replace it entirely. After a lot of back-and-forth, the owner did eventually give me a full refund--but that doesn't make up for losing my phone and data. I will NOT be returning to iRepair Crack Mobile, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They are not Apple-certified, and from my experience, they lack the proper qualifications for repairs like this. read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after multiple visits over several months, I feel others should know about my experience. My girlfriend paid around $300 to have the screen on her Galaxy S21 Ultra replaced. We were originally told the repair would be completed over the weekend, but it took about a week. When we got the phone back, the volume button no longer worked, even though it had worked before the repair. We returned, and the technician said the replacement part may have been defective and repaired it again. After that repair, the front-facing camera became blurry and would no longer focus properly, which had not been an issue before. Over the next month, we made multiple attempts to contact the shop and return during its posted business hours. Many times we received no response or arrived to find no one there, despite the business being listed as open. On our final visit, we called ahead and were repeatedly told, "Give me five minutes," but we ended up waiting about 30 minutes. When we finally spoke with the owner, he began talking about charging us to repair the camera. This is my second time at iRepair Crack Mobile and I have had such a great experience so far, that I have decided to designate this business as my go-to spot for all future family apple product repairs. In both instances, I used a Groupon that slashed the original $55 price, down to $36. I think that's totally worth it. I want to give this guy a good review because he was kind and showed decent customer service. Went in to have iPad screen replaced and was replaced while I was waiting, great. Only small issue was a piece of dust under the screen so he removed it carefully and I was on my way. Had to return a few days later as part of the screen wasn't functioning when I touched it. Fast forward two months later and despite a lack of accidents and having purchased a protection cover, now there is another piece of string that is under the screen, the screen doesn't work half of the time and the home button came out and is tucked up under the white piece it is meant to sit on top of. I am glad that this is the top review for now, it is IMPORTANT that people know why there are almost as many one star as five star reviews, People who gave it a 5 star review gave it because he was one of the cheaper repairers and he did it quickly and as one said he was friendly when you first met him, but oh, my if the computer/phone fail after the repair or worse, it came up with problems it did NOT have before the repair, it's a different story. In some of his responses to people that wrote a negative review as he was very snarky, accusing the person of lying i.e. saying they must have dropped it as a computer screen doesn't crack on his own, I know of an incident in my condo complex, when someone's balcony window shattered on it's own. I had my screen replaced and a couple of weeks later, there was some rainbow that came on my screen before the home page came on, it was very erratic as it wouldn't always happen and the screen eventually came on, I was worried that if I came and it worked ok, I would look stupid. This started two weeks after I got it repaired, there was a 30 day warranty but after about a month I used it less and less and the screen stayed blank or had a rainbow longer and longer so eventually I couldn't get any picture. When I brought it back to him, he said what he said to many people on here with that problem, I must have broken the LCD, even though the screen was not cracked in any way. I tried to be nice about it and told he could keep it, maybe it needs only a small fix and he can make more money selling it for a higher price, just refund my money but he didn't seem interested. The moral of the story is, read the negative reviews also and do not just read 5 star reviews, read the reviews of people who also had ONE star reviews with repair issues sometimes with problems they didn't have BEFORE they got it fixed, better to pay a little more to someone who has a longer guarantee because in the long run, you will pay less.
