I went here for the first time last night. I live in the area and decided to check it out and I was pleased with the food. I ordered the pork shawarma plate and took it home to eat. The meat was seasoned well and was moist not dry. The orange sauce on it was wonderful. The rice was perfectly made. I am no "expert" on this style of food but I have eaten at various restaurants of this style around LA and for a small place this ranks up in the top 3 for me. I also enjoyed the hummus that came with the order. I had no issues with the customer service and I got my order made in about 5 minutes. After getting a haircut next door, I tried this place for the first time. I got the beef shawarma plate. It was delicious. I ate all of it in the restaurant. I took two more plates to go on the way out. My wife and I shared the two to go plates of chicken shawarma plate and beef shawarma plate. My wife loved ratting them. Oh man, amazing! Mid meal and I had to write a review. We went here to give it a try, we ordered a beef & chicken wrap with fries and falafel. The wraps were awesome! Good amount of meat, not soggy from the sauce. Falafel and fries were great but I can't get over the humus! Now I wish I had ordered a large side so I could take it to work. I ordered 2 plates of beef and chicken kabob. Today the girl which is the one who is normally charging at the store dropped off my food and she took my order over the phone too. When I received my order I didn't check it. I just set it aside to finish what I was doing and 5 min later I open the plates and no beef. So I call and tell them they forgot and the guy said she only charged for chicken but he nicely said I'll send it over right now. The lady comes in my store yelling at me that why i got her in trouble I was like ummm what? I just said y'all forgot the beef she yelled and threw a fit. I was uh uh take your food and get out I'm the customer here which I wasn't even upset they forgot my beef. They took my appetite away. Which sucks the food there is good but because of her bad attitude I'm not eating there again. There's 4 more kabob places around me. So I'll be doing business there now. read more

Late late late. We've ordered from this place a few times and they say it'll be there in an hour. Hour passses and nobody comes. I try to call the restaurant to see what's up but nobody answers. The Food arrives 30 minutes late. No apology from the delivery guy either. Honestly, this isn't worth it to me. Even if I had ordered pickup the food's pretty average. After looking at the other reviews it's clear this place really needs to shape up. I've ordered in and for delivery and both times it's been awesome. Their beef so so well cooked, very tender and well seasoned! Their shawarma plate is seriously to do for. Ordered from Shawarna house a few times and food flavor never failed. The beef shawarma is a bit on the dry side but the chicken is moist. They have a special sauce which comes with the shawarma I get it on the side aoni can dip my fries. The staff are friendly but a little forgetful. Every time I have ordered for delivery, there's always been something wrong with the order; last time they forgot one of the shawarma plates- these guys made sure to correct their mistakes. Not only did they deliver the missing plate in a timely matter, but they also included free bottled drinks. Good shawarma for the area. We will eat here again read more

The beef was overcooked and dry, fries were well fried too long and not crispy either. For what you pay zankou prices you get very little meat. At the end save your money and go elsewhere.
