I have found my new favorite nail salon! I went in for a deluxe shellac pedicure & a shellac manicure & I am highly impressed! The salon had wonderful safety measures in place & the establishment was very clean. Emily was the absolute best(talked to me, down to earth, kind & experienced)and made sure my visit was a fantastic one. For me to find someone that I'll go back to has made my day. Went in for a gel nail full set for my brothers wedding. Uneven nails, the nail tech cut my finger more than once trying to shape my nails. Which he then charged me 5 extra dollars to do!! I wanted an almond shape and was not informed when I asked for this shape that it would be an additional charge. I won't be returning. read more

It could've been amazing and it started off incredible but fell short. My friend and I decided to go get a Mani-Pedi to celebrate my birthday! The pedicure was AMAZING, in fact part of me what worried we were getting the deluxe treatment instead of the normal one because they did such an amazing job! But alas, they failed miserably on the mani. While they took their time with our pedis and did amazing, they rushed through our manicures and butchered them. We both got light shades as we work in jobs where we have to, they did one or two coats and called it good even though it wasn't covered completely. I didn't even think to check it, I assumed it was fine based on the reviews here and had plans afterwards too. But as I was driving away I noticed :( My friend's mani started chipping away the next morning and mine a few days later. Bottomline, If you want a pedicure then this place is fantastic! But for a manicure, go elsewhere. read more

These guys do a good job. Frankly, I moved nearby but have been going to a different salon for years and I have had to go to these guys a few times to fix some of the work my own salon has done recently so I might be switching. Three drawbacks -- 1.) they are very slow. I'm always watching the clock. 2.) they don't even attempt to be friendly or have rapport. They aren't rude at all, but they aren't friendly. If you like to just bury yourself in a magazine you're fine. 2) the place is a bit sparse and dingy -- not very inviting. If you want good nails and don't care whether or not you also have the comforts of a spa-like atmosphere, you'll be good. read more

I have been 5 times and my husband has been 3 times. First time was great with a competent technician. The last several times have been terrible with incompetent technicians. The staff is friendly but that does not help when new techs are not good and you are hurt or not pleased with the results. Seems the owners cannot keep good help. I don't like someone "learning" on my dime and my time. I had hoped it would be my go to place for nail care but sad to say it will not be. read more

I decided to go back to this salon, since it's under new management! It's now called She Nails. I absolutely LOVED Ann. Great experience! She was so sweet and very caring and professional. WARNING: This is now "She Nails". I have a gift certificate from Nails Crazy, issued in May 2108, expires in November 2018 for $30. I called the number on the gift certificate (does say Nails Crazy) and made an appointment for 4pm. I had a party that night so I did not want to leave it chance and walk in. When I got there at 3:50 they took two other walk ins while I waited. There were only a few employees so I pretty much knew (when I left at 4:15) it would be at least another 15 minutes (4:30) before they would be able to get to me. I came back the next day and they recognized me from the day before. I had no problem giving them the benefit of doubt because every place can have an off day plus I had a gift certificate. I went for a pedi and it was torture. The gal cut my toe! I have heard of it happening to but never had it happen to me. There was nothing enjoyable about the experience and to top it off, the polish was on my skin as well as the toes. I pulled out the gift card and they looked at it and said they would not honor it because they are under new management. They are now "She Nails". I could not believe it, same address, same phone number. They could have done so many things different. They could have honored just enough to cover the $27pedi, or even half of it. This place is terrible. I went last night to get a pedicure. The place is NOT clean. The massage chair that I sat in was broken - I am six months pregnant and had the two massage chair balls sitting in my lower back for the entire pedicure. The lotions don't smell good, the leg massage is non-existent, and when the pedicure was done - my toes had nail polish on them, so the person doing my moms pedicure had to clean up my toes. I will never go here ever again. I took my girls to get nails in and when we left we hated our nails. I immediately called and asked to talk to the manager and was told that she was with a client. I asked if she could call me when she was finished and gave my name and number. I received no calls. I called the next day and was told that she wasn't there so I asked to talk to the owner and was told they didn't know how to get a hold of the owner. At this point I was not happy and said that the owners needs to call me today. I received a call later on and the guy listen to me then kept asking about my nails I told him I still had the red nail polish I walked in around my nails he then started to get mad and then started to yell he was cussing and told me that I was full of shit and that I was a liar because he was the one that worked on my nails. He said that he was told that when I called the girl told me that she was the manager and that I refused to talk to her which was not the case. They do shitty jobs and treat customers this way!!! I highly recommend going somewhere else. He was pissed that I complained and that I told him his work was unacceptable. Then he yelled so loud my girls could here him and he told me that he will not give me my money back. Talking with other ladies that have used them before I found out that I am not the only one with complaints to this place. That is if you don't complain and just live with crapy nails and service then this is the place to come. read more
