It was so basic, they don't even trim up the cuticles around the nail, they do nothing to the areas around the nails. NEVER had that happen before. They look horrible to me. She had to keep polishing one of the nails, or should I say half of my nail, over and over to try and get it right. (never did) Just a VERY TERRIBLE experience. Lesson learned. Very disappointed I didn't get my full hour and I paid extra for being pregnant and wasn't even provided a pregnancy pillow.

She kept texting during the massage and I kept catching her because she would pause, stay on one spot for long periods with one hand, or I could feel her phone vibrating in the table constantly. Plus she was not applying hard enough pressure and kept asking for more, I didn't go there for a rub down. I stopped the massage at around 45 minutes and ask for a refund. They kept asking me to stay and another lady apologized and asked if she could take over and I was so upset and just wanted my money back. I received half a refund and left. Never going back there.
