The location did not appear fully staffed at the time, but I knew what I was looking for and did…read morenot require additional help. The store was well kept and bright with natural lighting. When I did finally seek help, attendants were available and helpful. This store is also in close proximity to other excellent store in the area, so you can shop a lot of stores at once, so you're not going out of your way just to stop at this DSW. They have a very large selection of just about every style of shoe that you want. There's a limited number of sizes of every style, so you may not find your size in the style you want. They tend to have higher quality shoes than someone like shoe carnival or pay less, but the ones they carry are marked down by maybe $30 for a $120 boot. Sometimes they are 20-40% off of that price, but again you might not find it in your size. There's extremely limited customer service so you'll have to hunt on your own unless you happen upon a really nice salesperson that's not busy restocking shoes. Staff is very helpful and friendly and the store is very clean with shoes and other offerings well displayed. DSW is my "go to" place whenever I need shoes!

He looked and said ten bucks. A week later I picked up my shoes. Now I dunno what the last poster went thru...I like to think everone or any place can have a bad day... but when I saw the owner (short Italian guy that reminded you of the typical Italian cobblers in movies, accent and all) I felt oddly comfortable (probably since my dad was from old school Greece) He looked at my shoe and assessed the labor. There's about 25 customers in the store, but one employee. I know retail is tight, but this is downright dangerous for this employee. Because of this, she was constantly checking out people and could not help anybody, including us trying to reach the top self. We waited 15 minutes to get help from her. We also found out after getting the total that only 1 of the 6 we got were on sale. The rest were full price. I wanted to leave there, but my mom really liked her shoes. The lady barely knew how to work the register. What really soured me was the manager. He started out nice, but I could clearly see this was an act because he turned extremely rude to his employees and an older customer who he talked down to. He screwed up and forgot to give her a discount and then acted like he was "doing her a favor". Combine that with no bags and barely any sized 13 shoes, I'll pay more for shoes down the street at Dick's I used to be in retail. I know it's a thankless job and customers tend to be pretty bad, but this guy should not be in management. If he is the face of Sketchers, it doesn't reflect well on the store.
