Did they REALLY think he was going to eat it that way without saying anything? My ONE question (ALL the time): "If you wouldn't eat it, why would you serve/sell it to someone else?" I usually get a blank stare because, at that point, there isn't a good answer. Yes, we had them remake it. The cook argued a bit with the girl at the counter about remaking it too. He lost. Oh - and part of the problem was that the cook's "crew" was hanging out in the dining room - their shifts were over but that didn't stop them from being a distraction and going in and out of the kitchen (Tazikis has an open kitchen area - visible from dining).
