Today was my worst experience I have known health problems so using the curbside is a big benefit. Today at 91 degrees outside. I left work because I was sick vomit and diarrhea. I picked up a curbside order at martins with frozen foods (because life goes on and my kids have to eat) Beyond all this I have 2 seton (medical drains bleeding more than normal coming through my pants) So picking up sodas curbside was best for me... this young girl brings out the order I immediately know it's wrong it has 2 bottles instead of 4... She tells me she's too busy and I'll have to carry myself in the store and fix it myself She then jumps on register and takes care of several customers ahead of me (she was already taking care of me) she would have made me wait until the end of the line until I had to get rude. I can't just grab 2 drinks and walk out... I get it straightened out well enough with another employee and she just sneers at me... rude/ disrespectful/ uncalled for and I probably use to spend $200+ a week at this store. very upset read more

Sheetz review: Some guy on this page says the VA Sheetzes are dated. To me, they are the Taj Mahal of travel facilities - a glorious monument to America's love of the road trip. He has never visited a national-brand Canadian gas station where you're likely to have more space dedicated to motor oil sales that no one uses than a bathroom, or where you have to you ask the attendant for a key just to have the privilege to haul it outside to a dirty bathroom in the back, or where the slushy machine is only ever working in winter. This Sheetz is very welcome after the stop-start trek through Berkeley Springs and the drive-too-fast stretches after down the 522. read more

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat while on the road. It was good to see that the bathroom was kept very clean especially with the presence of Corona Virus still. MTO took a little long to get my order but the service was friendly. I was slightly disappointed with the quantity of ingredients on the breakfast sandwich as other Sheetz locations have produced better. The French toast sticks were very nice though! read more

My family stops in here about once every few weeks for various reasons. I'm just now leaving a review, because the staff for the MTO area are just about as nice as they can be, and I think that deserves some recognition. Aside from that particular group of employees, the rest treat you as you'd expect. The typical, "I'm not satisfied with where I am in life, and I think I deserve more, even though I make no effort to get it", group. Most don't bother to make eye contact, let alone small talk or pleasantries. The pricing is average for most items. Some higher, some lower than competitors in the area. It's a normal gas station pit stop. Nothing about the place really stands out as an "above and beyond" in the way of customer service, except the MTO employees I've spoken to. If you're looking for a bite to eat, this Sheetz is good. However, anything else, you can get from the multiple other gas stations in that little area. read more

I was so happy to come upon Sheetz away from Pennsylvania. Sheetz, as you can tell, is one of my favorite businesses to visit. The only gripe I have about Sheetz in Virginia is that they are very dated, inside and out. They are of the late 90s variety. The pumps were the big bulky ones that look like they could turn into a transformer if activated. The inside, although updated, is still the cramped design they had way back when. They attempted to update it with all the latest Sheetz innovations but lacked the space needed to make it not feel claustrophobic in here. I can't really ever be mad a Sheetz, so I won't hold that against them. read more

Usually we come here on the way home -- we leave our friend's property in West Virginia after a weekend of debauchery and very little bathing, and re-enter civilization here in Winchester. The car needs gas, the windows need cleaning, and our bellies need sustenance. At Sheetz you order your food at a touch-screen terminal, where you get to select food items by jabbing stupidly at their pictures. But never fear, no detail is left unaddressed, and nothing is left to chance. Would you like a burger? Which kind of roll would you like? Which condiments would you like? Go ahead, get them all if you dare! Which toppings do you want? Does anyone ever get the sliced olives on their burger? Would you like cheese for $0.59 extra? What kind of cheese? How about some more extras, like fries? Are you sure you don't? Okay then, here's your number and your receipt. Time to go find a beverage -- there are the usual multitudes of plastic bottled drinks, but there's also a soda fountain. Then go get in line to pay. Ah, the line to pay. Here's where Sheetz loses that fifth star. It's always long. Today it was REALLLLLLLLY long. Your food will be ready before you get out of line. But don't even think of picking up your food before you pay for it. Oh no you don't. They fell for that once before, but never again. My burger was quite tasty and fresh. The fries were crispy. My husbands spicy chicken sandwich looked fabulous. My fountain Dr. Pepper was perfectly mixed, and prune-ishly decadent. We pretty much managed to acquire all of these goodies without speaking to anyone. That was probably for the best, since we looked like hillbillies fresh from West Virginia. read more

Anyone who knows me knows I have standards when it comes to my food and my coffee. But then a road trip happens. I'm not even upset about it. Sheetz has everything you could imagine, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They even give you free coffee on Christmas and New Year's, because if you're out and about you probably need it. So I pulled in here around 11 pm two days before Christmas, having gone far too long without food. This is the wrong and right place to be when that happens. Appetizers, subs, pizzas, wings, wraps. Then the whole line of caffeine-based drinks and milkshakes. I knew a Philly sub, with double meat and cheese were a sure bet as well as some Salt and Vinegar chips. If you need something a little stronger on the drink side, they have a walk-in "beer cave" with beer, ale, and cider. The team is always ready to serve, the gas is the best price in town, and again you can't beat the hours. read more

It's an okay place. The location was good for me because my hotel was literally 100 yards from it. The only issue I had was the super long line to check out. This is a great place to strech your legs before getting on I-81 South in VA. I was coming thru West VA and just had to get out and decided to get some gas while I was at it. The station is very clean and everyone inside is really friendly. I was greeted three times which is always great after being stuck in a car by yourself. read more

They had no regular size bottles of water, candys bars were all priced wrong ($2 candy bar in the 2 for $2 bin) she older lady named jo was snotty with my 3 year daughter (doesnt go well when youre rude to my kids for no reason). She didnt press buttons on her end for my card and was hateful to me and raised her voice telling to do something on my side of the debit machine when it plainly said waiting on cashier. Either way id do without before i stop at sheetz 1503 again. The only plus, the restroom wasnt all that bad. read more

Wow having grown up using Sheetz stores all over the place this location ranks right at the bottom. The store needs a good cleaning, the rest rooms are a mess, the employees are not friendly. In my opinion whoever is responsible for managing this location should be fired or taken to other Sheetz locations to show them what a real Sheetz store should look like. The Handy Mart across the street is nice and clean and offers better food and service, however if Waw Waw ever built a store in Winchester Va they would put both Sheetz and Handy Mart out of business. read more
