I want to thank Alex at the front desk, I believe he is the front desk Manager, who went above and beyond to make my stay special. His attentiveness, thoughtful hospitality, and genuine care for guests truly stood out. It's seems more like a library with the books around. I like the fire place area too. The lobby has a lot of sitting and has complimentary coffee and tea area. The room was a decent size. I do not like the design of the rooms, but then again, it's made to be an old fashion theme design. The business center was a small room, might have one on each floor but I am not sure. The gym was also nice but very small, not much equipment there. It is a nice hotel but its not for me, due to the design and size of the gym.

I walked around at 11pm and although the streets were empty (it was freezing), I didn't see any trash or felt unsafe. It's not the most convenient place for shopping but Chelsea Market is four minutes away. The A-E-L trains were about seven minutes away on foot. Overall, a better experience than I expected.

The water felt sooooooooooooooooooooo good. And there's a really dim light in the shower area. There is also a DEEP tub, big enough for 2 people i'm sure. No doors on the sink area either. Contains about 4 sets of towels, which was great. A safe, steamer, blow dryer. The bathroom had a door! Bed was very low to the floor, King size comfy. Carpet was a little different than I'm used to. The GYM has the best views lol. 17th floor. A ton of equipment to use TV is as low as the bed. Our view was allllllllllllllll City buildings and the water. It was beautiful!!!! There is uncovered parking. Since it snowed, we parked a few blocks away in a covered garage, not affiliated with the hotel. We had a king bed with a Twin bunk bed and since our toddler always found his way into our bed, the bunk served to keep our luggage and clunkier stuff off the ground.
