His quote was very reasonable and definitely beat out the rest of the shops I messaged. I then proceeded to set up an appointment in order to meet him at his new shop. He continued to communicate often if there was any issues with the appointment time. As for his work, he spent about 2.5 hrs to fix and got my phone looking brand new. I couldn't be happier and will definitely use him in the future if my toddler decides to throw daddy's phone again. I know he doesn't have many reviews at this point but don't let that deter you. My Samsung S23 got ran over by a car. LITERALLY. It fell out of my pocket in a parking lot. Fortunately the case and screen protector did their jobs and miraculously the phone worked for a few hours, but then the screen went black and wouldn't turn on, but notifications kept going off so I figured a repair might be possible (not to mention quicker and cheaper than getting a new phone). I found Sheldon here on yelp and called to inquire about price, turnaround time, and if it was even salvagable. He promptly answered my phone call, asked a few questions to confirm he thought it was fixable. The estimate was very reasonable. I asked for fastest turnaround possible, so Sheldon overnighted the part for an additional shipping fee. He confirmed multiple times throughout our conversation what exact phone it was to ensure he ordered the correct part. He also shared the tracking number with me so I could see when it would arrive and drop my phone off. The repair took about an hour and my phone is just like new! If I could give 100 stars, I would.
