When I refused, he threatened to keep my car, charge $50 per day for storage, and file an "intent to lien" to legally steal my vehicle. He only takes cash and makes it clear you either pay or you don't get your car back. I had to call the police, and even they said they come to this shop regularly for the same issues, including missing parts. I later checked Yelp and found multiple people reporting the exact same scam. I ended up paying just to get my car back, and it wasn't even fully painted. This place operates on intimidation, not professionalism. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Do NOT bring your car here.
