While not a SINGLE member of the staff was answering the phones. So when the Assistant Manager spoke to me the first time saying "there is one customer ahead of you" she knew full well they had no intention of picking up the phone again and were absolutely fine wasting my time. She lied directly to my face when confronted with this information. Wildly rude and unprofessional. Clearly once they have your money they do not give a damn about respecting you or your time.
