Normally I would just ignore it, but I had a very long drive ahead of me later and decided to get it changed and out of the way. I asked them if they used oem parts. They said no. When doing my own research I found that the parts they quoted me on were more expensive than oem. (Always use OEM). Anyways I took it to a trusted shop in my hometown and they found nothing wrong w my motor mounts or my oil housing leaking. I fixed the oil leak for 50 cents. At the end of the day don't go here if you're not a local they know and will rinse your pockets.

I was frantic to say the least considering I live at 385/Riverdale. Well, I made to this location, pulled into the lot n by then it was fully flat. A guy saw me and came out to meet me n I explained I had run over a rock!!!!‍ He preceded to tell me to pull to a bay n then he checked it out, put air in it but we both heard the air coming back out. He then said hold on let me get someone else. He brought a guy out who bent down n found the leak and to my already bad day said it was in the side wall. Yikes. But they said we got you. You be ok. The guy took off my bad tire n put on my donut, mind u I'd just bought the vehicle a month ago. So yea, I'm a lil nervous. These two gentlemen Mike & Gabe were attentive, calm and most friendly in my time of need. I made it home on the donut. Lollol. I wanted to Thank these guys, but they wouldn't take any token of my appreciation which further made my day. So though I didn't have service this time I won't forget for future choices in my automotive needs. Kudos to these fellows n the mgmt that hired them. . Since my father owns an auto shop back up North, I always come in with a set of very specific instructions, especially when it comes to my oil changes. Each one of my cars has a specific set of instructions I want followed because each one has its own little finicky things. Lucas first, don't top off fluids except washer fluid, only use manual tools and not drills, etc. the guys who work here have ALWAYS abided by my instructions without hesitation. They don't ever make me feel like a nuisance or burden and are always very polite and professional. Today was no different. Nick worked on my Mercedes to get my oil change done and then Derek worked on my new tire installation. Between the pleasant conversations, not ever trying to rip me off because I'm a female, and their overall politeness and ability to work on my cars the way I want them to, I will continue coming back year after year and bringing all of my cars here ranging from the more normal ones to the imports. They do have a pretty high turnover rate of workers, so just as I get to know one set of them, a new set arrives, but every single set of guys has been very helpful and respectful. I would absolutely recommend this shop, ESPECIALLY to females, because they won't try to rip you off like most shops around here will try to do just because they think you don't know what you're talking about and are an easy target. I also always bring in my own oil and filters (and even my own tires) and they have no issues using MY equipment, which many shops in the area will refuse to do. If you're hesitant, don't be. If you're also a female and are worried about someone trying to pull a fast one on you, trust me this shop won't even try it.

I'm five months pregnant, and I waited 55 minutes for a simple oil change while sitting in a hot car with little to no airflow. I repeatedly asked how much longer it would be so I could turn on the air conditioning, but each time I was told they couldn't give me an estimate. Throughout the visit, they repeatedly tried to upsell me on additional services and products. Even after I declined several times, they continued to push them, which felt very disrespectful and came across as though they assumed I didn't know any better. For example, they tried to sell me a $40 item that I can purchase on Amazon for around $15. To make matters worse, they spent another 30 minutes banging underneath my car to finish the oil change while repeatedly assuring me they were "almost done." Overall, the customer service was disappointing. The lack of communication, constant sales pressure, and excessive wait time made for a very frustrating experience.
