Once he turned off my car he insisted my car had an eggy smell and said it could be my catalytic converter. I told him no way that smell is coming from my car, I would've remembered that for sure. I knew my car was not in that bad of a shape like the tech tried to make it out to be. The tech then says the service will take about 4 hours,I told him that's too long for a simple check engine light diagnostic test and I have to pick up my kids from school. The "scare" tactic didn't work on me and I could tell the tech was annoyed that I chose to leave instead of leaving my car with them. Too bad for you I'm not a dumb woman. Shame on you.
