Always 5 star service whenever I have an appointment with Kim, but most recently 2-3 star service with another tech. I stopped by on a Friday evening about 530. I waited 45 minutes for them to start my pedicure, which wasn't too terrible because I was enjoying the pedicure chair and warm foot soak. The girl that originally was supposed to be helping me skipped me for someone who had come in much later. She was obviously a regular and knew everyone, so whatever. The girl who finally started my pedicure was nice enough, but asked me twice if I wanted to upgrade to a more expensive pedicure and then twice if I wanted a manicure. This really irks me as a customer. It is definitely the nicest and cleanest nail salon that I have been to in OKC, though. And free drinks and chocolates are nice. read more

The place is nice but the staff is rude. They talk about you right in front of your face in Vietnamese thinking you don't know what they're saying. I've experienced it and heard others around me talk about their clients. I will never go back to support this place. read more

This is the second time I've been here and I asked for marble nails and showed them a picture and it looked nothing like it. I tried to like them but just didn't want to settle for something that I paid for. So I called and the lady was very persistent to get me in three days later when I said I wanted in that day or the next. When I came in the next day it was the girl that had did them before and she acted very rude and also why would I want her to do my nails again? They then told me it was going to be $20 to change the color when it was there mess up. So I ended up saying I'm going somewhere else. Also when I went in there the first day with my friends they told me my manicure was $60 and $35 for my pedicure and the total came out to $110. What are they charging you for? I would definitely ask for an itemized receipt because they did that to my friends as well. read more

It is the most beautiful spay I've ever been too. The staff here take such good care of you. My favorites are Cindy and Bobby. It would be a great place to get your nails done for a bridal party or girls night out. I love the Rose pedicure and always get a paraffin wax dip done. It always leaves your hands and feet SO soft. Disappointed in the acrylic nails that were done on both of them; they were so raised, you could tell they were fake! I have usually had good experiences but today was different. The nail lady cut the nail length without asking how long I wanted them. They turned out to be the same length as my normal nails because they were so short. I asked if she would make them longer and she said no. Then she chose the shape without asking what I wanted. Had dip nails on and tried to remove it by myself. But over an hour later, and was only having slight luck. Decided to give this salon a shot, because my normal nail technician was on vacation at another locations. They were able to remove the remaining dip polish, but not without gossiping to each other about my poor job of trying to take the dip off. Literally every technician in the salon came and looked at my nails. Then they kept trying to upsell me by trying to tell me I needed to do dip again, or shellac, not regular polish. When I kept saying no, then they tried to talk me in to doing a pedicure too, or wac my eyebrows. When I said no, they seemed mad, and when I had said no to waxing my eyebrows, the technician was kind of snobby and commented about my natural brows. First off, if I come in askibg for something, stop trying to oversell, and second, stop insulting my decisions. I have naturally blonde eyebrows that you typically can't see. So I don't feel the need to spend more money. Plus, I have a set budget as I am a full-time Graduate student. She seemed to really rush my whole nail process, and said if I wanted my cuticles cut it's $5 more..this is typically included in a pedicure. So needless to say, I will not be back, as I did not feel welcome there. The one plus side was the price was not too bad. To remove the rest of my gel and get a badic nail polish put on was $15. So, that's why they aren't getting 1 star. However, I think I will stick to my other salon from now on. read more

"Dirty job! Not worth it!" Been here before was not happy but giving them another try still the same .... Me and Bff had our nails done but was not happy because they rush you up which they really did!!!! my nails are still dirty....I choose baby blue color which is really pretty color but she really didn't cleaned my nails very well. I can still see my old red polished on each side of my Nails. You came here to have your Nails clean but it's still dirty and not worth it what you pay plus tips... sorry! My daughter and granddaughter and I had an appointment to get a mani-pedi at 12:30 on Saturday 5/29. My granddaughter is 7. The water was cold for the pedi. They jerked my feet around. My daughter and I got the special manicure and pedicure and were not given the massages that went with and if we did it was only for a minute or 2. They cut my cuticles on both my big toes so it drew blood. They cut both my thumbs and 3 of my fingers. We did not get any hand and arm massages. They charged my granddaughter the same price as adult mani pedi. We have used this salon regularly prior to covid. This is the first time we have been back since covid and we are so disappointed as the service was awful. The techs were not careful. We were over charged. Went back this am June 1 to discuss injury and over charges. They gave us a small amount of money back. This place is beautiful and clean but the service Saturday was the worst experience of any I have ever had. read more

I have been a monthly client of Kay's for over a year now. She pays great attention to detail, my preferences, and always checks in throughout the service to ensure that I'm comfortable with the length and shape of my nail. The nail salon offers complimentary wine and beverages. I call ahead to make appointments because I prefer Kay but they are very walk in friendly. If you walk in, someone will greet you, ask the service you would like, then direct you to a chair accordingly. They have a full staff on hand every day to accommodate walk ins so I rarely see anyone have to wait. I would highly recommend this nail salon! read more

This was the first pedicure I have ever had that did not seem rushed what so ever. I left feeling refreshed and I'm already dreaming of my next pedicure. I'm so glad I gave this place a try. The place is luxurious looking and clean but it was the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in a nail place. I asked the lady who was doing my nails to help me find a gel color for my hands that matched the one on my feet. She said they don't do that here, so I had to get up from my chair and go find it my self. They have the attitude of take it or leave it, and it's not a good attitude to have if they want a successful business. The ladies who work there talk to each other all the time, I had a lady once take a cell phone call while doing my nails. Not the idea of relaxing! I have been meaning to write a review for a long time. It is a beautiful spacious yet very busy nail salon. The techs are running around multi tasking which makes it hard for them to spend a good quality time and work on your nails without messing up. The techs are almost always working in between two people. I dont do the footspas there because its not sanitary. They wear gloves and touch everything dirty, sticky and to clean items while at same time touching your feet with same contaminated gloves. In addition to that when I was getting my nails done with a powder gel the lady was very anxious and getting frustrated and poking my cuticles and shaped almost all my nails to the end saying it would ne nicer instead of giving me a simple round square shape. She was so rude and pushy I ultimately decided to stop right than an there and have another technician finish my nails. The tech that finished my nails did a good job but I have expierenced better. Dont let the cosmetics of this place fool ya. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I enjoyed the pedicure however 6 days later they looked peeling and not anything what I am used of getting - usually lasts at least 10-13 days , had powder dip and was told 30 charged 35 and they also looked good on one have and on other hand they were a lot thicker and looked bad - when I came in to get another mani pedi I told them and asked for same person who did it as I wanted same person but just better job and I was told " what do you want ?" In a rude way. After I explained he said she's not here anymore and the lady who did my hands had an appointment just then , when I had called and was told to Come in they would take care of it . Let me start by saying, Helen is great when it comes to massaging, getting rid of dry skin, and cutting cuticles on your toe nails. However, it is completely unacceptable for someone to not shape or cut your nails ,the basics of a pedicure. I asked her to shape and cut down my nails when I saw how they looked after she polished them, she proceeded to cut my toe nails down to where if they were cut anymore they would bleed and file them into complete circles(I had asked for square). The manager MIKE came over and instead of a sorry, what can I do to help, any normal questions he said, "There's nothing more she can do." So I said just polish my nails so I can go, and left completely angry and completely not satisfied with my pedicure. I used to love this place,but my last visit the young lady nicked my thumb and it bled for two weeks off n on. I never get the shoulder massage. And this time I gave her a 10.00 tip and when I looked at my credit statement I was charged 5 dollars more. Won't be going back. read more

Unfortunately, this was the worst nail experience I've had. I took 2 of my daughters to get a mani-pedi on my birthday 2 weeks ago as a gift to me. We had never been to this nail salon and we were looking forward to a relaxing afternoon together! The man working with our youngest daughter I felt was inappropriate and rude. The lady helping me was very pushy, unable to understand much of what I would answer to her. She sat me across the salon away from the girls for the manicure when there was plenty of room next to them. The girls brought this to her attention and asked to move me over with them. Then she used the dip powder which I had never done before, said it was just like the gel manicure I usually get but better for my natural nail. By the time I left and 4 dip coats later my nails were so thick, they looked terrible! Thankful my other daughters experience was good and her toes & nails looked great:) I left there so frustrated and in tears the whole drive home. Sorry but I would not recommend this place. Best nail salon I have ever been to! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I did not have an appointment, but received service from the minute I walked in the door despite the salon being busy! I really enjoyed the pearl pedicure, the massages were fantastic! And the manicure was awesome! Did not know that they give shoulder and neck massages while your nails are drying, so that was a nice surprise! I would definitely come here more if I lived here, but I live in another state. Even though the location is convenient and there is a pretty chandelier. I DO NOT recommend this place. They are rude and rush you. I have been there before and this time is the last. They spoke about me and my kids the whole time. They did not listen when I wanted them to cut more of my nail. They also acted like they did stuff when they didn't. For example, massage my legs before painting they did it barely after I told them you didn't do it. I knew they didn't. You better pay attention to what they are doing. Bc they will say they did when they didn't. I came with my children and one child got the cut and massage and what a pedicure is all about whereas the other child only got paint but cost the same amount. Pretty ridiculous. They weren't even busy when we were there. They give you complimentary drinks as before and I had to ask for them inside of them offering them. No one there was nice. I did not get even worth what I paid and my manicure was half ass and so was my pedicure. All they want is your money and it was not relaxing. Especially since they were rushing for no reason.
