I chose the Philly Steak Sandwich and opted for onion rings as a side. My wife had the Chicken Salad Sandwich and a side salad, which she loved. Our nephew ordered the salad topped which a large slice of tuna, and he gave it top marks. Others ordered burgers, and my sister-in-law raved about the French dip sandwich. My brother-in-law said that their chicken noodle soup was the best he's ever had. This can be a tough group to please, but Galaxy Sports Bar did it! I ordered a flight and tried Golden Zip, Mango Rx, Nice Pear!, and Get to Steppin'. Nice Pear! was the standout -- a super crisp, light cider with a ton of flavor. Mango Rx came in second for me: great flavor, smooth, and not too heavy. For food, I chose the New Kind of Kick sandwich, which features a spicy garlic crispy chicken breast topped with beer-battered jalapeño slices, bleu cheese, and peppered bacon on a ciabatta roll. It was absolutely delicious. The fresh-cut fries were great, too. We also grabbed the mozzarella planks after seeing several tables order them. They were definitely tasty, but the marinara sauce didn't quite match the quality -- pretty basic and a little disappointing compared to how good the planks themselves were. I definitely look forward to returning though, maybe they do have another bread option available, I didn't ask. You can also customize the sandwich, so I would have added some arugula.
