He recommended a tire rotation in addition to the oil change and alignment. I asked what all that would cost and he quoted me a price of $180.00. I made an appointment and took the car in. When the technician looked over the tires we decided that one tire needed to be fliped so the worn side would be on the inside. He said there would be an additional charge for that and I agreed. When I went into the office to pay, woman in the office told me my bill was $240.00. When I questioned the price she said $80 for the oil change, $100 for the alignment, $40 for the rotation and $20 to flip the one tire. When I told I had been qouted $180. She asked if I bought the tires from them and I said no. She said the young man who quoted the price must have assumed I bought the tire from them, so the price would be $240.00. I have been doing business with Sergio's for 15 years and have bought several sets of tires during that time. I also thought the woman in the office was very cold and rude. I told her I wouldn't be back because I don't do business that way. I recommend that if you do business with them, make sure you get a written quote listing all the work to be done.

He also stated that the shop did not own a regulator for that tool. They did not use a torque wrench or any other tool. At that point, I took it back to my maintenance shop and we ended up breaking another three just trying to take the tire off. All because they used an unregulated impact to install my lugnuts. We ended up having to replace three studs and three lugnuts. They were going to replace it but I didn't want their careless mechanic working on my car again. He just would've used an impact to put them all back on. MORE IMPORTANT PLEASE READ He charged me $50 for the tire patch, and I figured out that one of my friends who took her car here only got charged $30!! Both vehicles had the same work done, just one tire patch. Pablo, the business owner, has no base price he goes off of. I wanted a refund for my o-reilly parts plus a $20 discount for giving me an unfair price. He offered to only cover the $30 for the o-reilleys cost, then fully refused after I pressed about the price difference. Owl's price was about half that of two other shops, which would have removed the bumper & painted much more. After the repair, I could not tell where they stopped painting. It all looks good. Last week my wife was pulling into a parking spot at a grocery store when someone opened a RF door. This knocked off the charging port on our Kia PHEV. Owls carefully glued it back on, saving me the exponse of a new charging door.

Terrible customer service and experience! I own a new, 2026 Honda HR-V. I had a repair done on the…read moreright rear passenger door (a large scratch). Upon pick up, I found two NEW dings in the door panel that were NOT there previously, the door panel that was just repaired. In addition a large scratch on a separate panel above my right rear tire - again, another scratch that was NOT there prior to dropping off my car at Owl's. When I pointed these out to Al, he told me that I was "being way too picky" and that "this is not a Mercedes or Jaguar"! I guess only Mercedes and Jaguars are worth being fixed the right way? Regardless of the make, my car is new and should be serviced the same as any car. When I asked Al to please come take another look, he refused and said, "Sue me!" Lastly, when I started my car, the gas gauge had dropped by 2 bars. I had 6,058 miles when I dropped the car at Owl's and somehow the mileage had climbed to 6076 in two days. Not to mention, there was no calibration needed for my repair (a calibration might explain an increase in mileage IF they needed to drive it to check after repair - say a back-up camera for example). My repair was a simple door panel and no calibration was needed. I suspect my car was driven by someone there to account for the 18 plus extra miles and gas usage. I also suspect that the NEW SCRATCH above my right rear wheel happened while said someone was driving it. Horrible experience! Do yourselves a favor - DO NOT trust Owl's with your automobile! I wouldn't even give it 1 star - I would give it a 0 - but Yelp insists a minimum of 1 star to post a review.
