Man, those Prawns Al Pastor were out of this world. It's a shame that the 3 waiters stood around talking to each other and didn't check on me to see if I needed a refill or something. This was like 2p on a weekday and it wasn't crowded at all either. You're in a higher end Omni resort charging pretty high prices for food... you should at least act the part. I've had better service at a packed Denny's. For Shame! Good food, but inattentive staff. Shame as it could have been a 5 star lunch.

Ummmm okay so this meal was EXCELLENT. Hotel restaurants usually suck but boy oh boy was I surprised. I ordered the grain bowl salad and added steak cooked rare. It was exceptional. Perfect. Delicious. The restaurant can get packed because of hotel guests but the staff is great. Food came out relatively quickly too.

Solid restaurant at the Omni. I ate here twice this week while in town for a conference. Tried the popcorn chicken ($16), lamb skewers ($18) and the dairy board ($18), which was so good it was the only dish I ordered on both my visits. The dairy board consisted of warm pita and naan wedges served with three amazing local cheeses - soft ripened mouca (like a Brie), midnight blue semi-soft, and a herb crusted cheese ball that was to die for! Accompaniments included pickled vegetables, a spicy blackberry Serrano pepper jam, grapes, toasted almonds and dried fruit spears. Service was adequate and noise levels were acceptable. Will be back for that dairy board!

Staying at the hotel and was too lazy to go out for food so i ordered room service from Sheps the in hotel restaurant I ordered the Turkey Grinder, it was very good. I did not realize it was a painini but it was and it was good. Lol. I substituted the fries for the "proper fries" and the staff forgot the Chipotle mayo and they also brought the crinkle fries. Turne out the proper fries were not worth the upgrade and I preferred the crinkle cut fries. They ended up bringing the Chipotle mayo after the fact so whatever. Later that night i ordered the brookie a la mode. It was not good. Very dry and cakey and very little texture or flavor difference between the cookie and brownie. I think they need to work on their deserts recipies. No reviews i could find had good reviews on the deserts. Booo. I would eat here again for its convenience but thats it.

The service is amazing! Nice and clean ambiance. Food is timely and delicious. So far my favorite is the Potato-Crusted Salmon. I added toppings into my pepperoni pizza.

I came to Shep's thinking it was going to be a quant little hotel bar/restaurant but I was wrong.... it was poppin. I was also a bit taken aback by how nice it was. I ventured downstairs from my hotel room and was in a sweatsuit and everyone there was dressed to the nines. I got a spicy margarita which was good but really strong. I also ordered the chili and broccolini for dinner. The chili was very oily which I was not expecting but it paired well w the cornbread it came with. My favorite part of this meal was the broccolini... it was lemony with a nice char and a little spice. Would def get the broccolini again. Not sure I'd say the same about the chili and marg but I'd come back to try other things. I feel like I just ordered wrong.

Shep's is a brand new concept at the Omni. They opened in December and have really upped the game. It's much nicer than the old pub that was here. Really good food and an excellent menu. The service staff is amazing. Devin took great care of us.

Stayed at the Omni for a conference and figured I'd swing by the bar at Shep's before orientation. Russ makes one hell of a Basil Hayden's Old Fashioned. 10 out of 10. Would recommend.

I can't tell what makes it special and unique as an Italian restaurant. It's not advertised that they make their own pasta so I couldn't really tell you. This is truly a 2.75 star experience. It's a really popular place for a first dates (we saw a lot of first dates). But this place is small so if you talk in a louder voice, I can hear your first date conversation from across the room and I now know what your favorite color is and a story about your aunt. Just keep that in mind (it's also not a loud restaurant so your date will be able to hear you). Food was okay. The chicken piccata was underwhelming. The best part was the pasta itself. Not enough chicken pieces for what it is. The fried mozzarella was interesting but not for me. The best was the chicken Alfredo and even that was just okay. For the price that we paid, I would've preferred to go to the chain and get their chicken Alfredo because it's always enough to last me 2 meals.

We ordered delivery and I like the way their site is laid out and the descriptions are great. I especially like the variety of toppings- always a thumbs up from me when a pizza place offers cream cheese as a topping. The food arrived quite quickly and their delivery person was super friendly! The pizzas were pretty good though one of them was a bit tough which I was surprised about. I was also disappointed with the nickel and dining people for the toppings. The dough tasted good and the toppings were pretty good as well. I think it's a pretty good standard pizza. I am willing to pay more when the food is really good, however the cost of each topping was pretty high especially considering most of the toppings were only on half of the pizza. We got two pizzas and a cheesy bread and including tip it was over $80. Again, the pizzas were pretty good but I don't know that the cost of over $30 per pizza with just a few toppings is reasonable. May just stick with ordering the individual pizzas at the truck.
