It also felt like there may have been too many people working at the same time without a clear system for who was responsible for what. As for the food, I enjoyed it. One area that could improve the guest experience is what happens when food is delivered. Whether it's a food runner or a server, it's always helpful to ask if the guest needs anything else before walking away. In my case, I had to wait about five minutes just to ask for ketchup. Small details like that can make a big difference in the overall customer experience.

Overall, it was a decent meal. The price point was high for what we received despite the dining credit, so rating this as an average hotel meal.
