The restaurant is located inside the Omni Hotel. The hotel, staff, and restaurant are wonderful and present an upscale mountain theme. The restaurant, called The Camper, has a great vibe and the menu is pretty good! We enjoyed an omelette dish as well as a salmon bagel order. Both delicious and nicely presented. I didn't love the drip coffee but made up for it by grabbing a handmade coffee at The Trails coffee shop inside the hotel.

Great food, ambiance, and service! Definitely need to come try this breakfast place and no reservations required.

Granted I only had a salad, but this was one of the best salads I've had in Denver -- in a Broomfield hotel restaurant?? The Camper just opened in the Omni Interlocken and you can tell they're eager to please you and they serve up a spectacular menu. I would definitely come back if I found myself up this way again, I just know the rest of their menu would be to die for!

What's a bit of a drive when you're driving to delicious shepherd's pie?…read more I thought you'd agree - totally worth it! Their scotch eggs are banging too. In fact, we didn't eat anything that wasn't well seasoned, cooked to order and authentically British. Not an easy find, if you ask me. We sat at their bar, chatted with the bartender - who was really friendly and checked on us often. The place was packed, but we got in quickly and you'd never know they were popping. Their cocktails were amazing and after some chit chat about what I liked and didn't, the suggestions were fabulous. Loved the British decor as well. Such a fun place. It was a lovely evening and we hated to leave, but we'll def be back!

The location is kind of in the middle of nowhere but that's not a bad thing. Lots of parking and outdoor space to wait for a table or pull up a chair. The service is a little stiff and slow but what can you expect from a pub style restaurant. It can get pretty busy inside especially around holidays so definitely make a reservation if you plan on having a big party or don't want to sit at the bar. As far as English/Irish food goes this the only serious contender in the area, i haven't found another UK restaurant that quite mimics the pub atmosphere as well as this one. Check it out for some stick to your ribs goodness!

Okay Chop Shop, I see you!…read more We stopped in on a random weekday evening and ordered a couple spicy margaritas, the Pork Carnitas Rice Noodle, and Bacon Ranch Chicken sandwich with Mac 'n Cheese. The Mac 'n Cheese was super tasty and my hubby enjoyed his Bacon Ranch Chicken sandwich. My Pork Carnitas Rice Noodle was bomb! It was a unique flavor profile, a little sweet, a little sour, and probably a touch oversalted but really yummy. I really liked the spice level and everything was cooked perfectly. The veg in it gave a nice crunch next to the noodles. I will definitely be back to try some more menu items!

This is a fairly small space but there are a few tables in back, which is where we sat. There were 8 of us so we split up into 2 tables. We placed all of our orders, got our drinks, and sat down. The soda fountain offers soft drinks from the Real Sugar Soda Co. It was far superior to the 2 main brands that compete. I enjoyed the change of pace. For dinner, I ordered the Crispy Fried Chicken "Specialty". The "Specialties" are basically a bowl with all of the ingredients listed stacked on top of one another. Mine had white cheddar polenta, Swiss chard with bacon, crispy chicken with gravy and chipotle honey drizzled on top. I also got a side of the tator tots that came with a spicy aioli. The meal was outstanding! I loved the variety of tastes and textures of the bowl. The honey on top was an added sweetness with a hint of heat. It was so good, as were the tator tots. The spicy aioli really added a kick and while the heat lingered a bit, it wasn't overpowering. We ended the meal with their donuts. They are cream filled with caramel drizzle. They are not too sweet and the perfect shareable dessert. If you are looking for something new, definitely try this place. I highly recommend!

This is a long review FYI, as I have delineated both the good and not so good, to help them, not…read moreslam them. Finally made it to the Northglenn/Thornton location of Scalzattos recently. Even though it was a Friday night, we were warmly welcomed and seated quickly. Unfortunately, we were seated in a booth right outside the kitchen that felt crammed in its space. While we were fine, any patron a bit "larger" would literally have to squeeze in or be unable to sit there. That would be so embarrassing to a patron. The table lacked anything more than paper napkins and a knife & fork. No salt & pepper or Parmesan. The atmosphere isn't bad, but could use some attention. The waitress was fairly attentive and very polite. However, when ordering she was unfamiliar with the Italian language items on the menu. We ordered arancini (which is that way on the menu) and she had no idea what it was until I "Americanized" it and said rice balls. I did pronounce it correctly, as I am Italian and trained in proper Italian pronunciation. It would be a good idea to ensure the wait staff is familiar with the menu items and their pronunciation. The Arancini was delicious and she did a great job of putting the appetizer in first so it came before our meal. The marinara was pretty good too. Flavorful with a hint of red pepper. The plate it was served on was too large for 5 balls and had a salad size amount of greens as a bed. You could help with cost by having your chefs or sous chef use smaller plates and less arugula. The size of the arancini was generous. Being an Italian restaurant, it feels like a fail not to offer or bring out bread fairly soon. There was some waste noticed in other portions that could be reduced, but would still be quite generous, to make adding bread to the patron experience reasonable financially. We ordered 3 entrees & 1 specialty drink (non-alcoholic). The pappardella Bolognese was average. The marinara that was on the Arancini though, is delicious! The seafood fra diavolo was beautifully presented but lacked in flavor and was really salty. I was really disappointed in the mushroom ravioli. The portion was very generous, too generous. Eight large ravioli are too much. I was expecting fresh mushrooms that had been sautéed, like baby bella, but they were canned mushrooms that were flavorless & rubbery. It seems reasonable that if you reduced the portion to like 5, which would still be generous, but perhaps you could use fresh mushrooms that are sauteed and seasoned. While there was a small amount of parm on the food, it was disappointing not to be offered more parm. The lack of bread too made the meal feel like a fast Tuesday night dinner at home, certainly not a meal that was over $100. We were offered dessert , but no dessert menu had been brought nor did the server verbally list out the choices. Desserts will not move if the diner has no idea what desserts you have. We were also not directed to a wine menu nor offered a cocktail. Alcohol brings a big profit margin, which I know the owners know, but the servers need training on how to solicit it. I really don't want that to be our last visit as Scalzottos has a good reputation and its nice to have an Italian restaurant in the northeast part of town. Some tweaks, some more training and a review of portion sizes would really be an improvement. I would not discourage anyone from going, but the Northglenn/Thornton location needs up their game.

I came in on a very busy day of the year so am rounding up since the staff was working really hard to get orders out the door. I ordered a large chicken pho and roasted pork fresh spring rolls to go. The portion of pho broth and bean sprouts was great, but the amount of chicken was a bit disappointing (about 6 total pieces of shredded chicken). Broth was just ok, I added quite a bit of sriracha, lime, basil, and hoisin sauce and still felt it lacked some flavor. The spring roll portion size was great and I loved the massive serving of peanut sauce. The roasted pork inside was incredibly dry. I'd probably opt for tofu or shrimp next time.
