We came when they were having a special block party. Live music, vendors up the street, drink tents…read moreand a food truck. A neat little event, with lots of happy people and cute dogs. We ordered some pickle fries. The sign advertised $6 but rang up as $7. When I questioned the cashier about this she said "oh yeah that's wrong I haven't had a chance to fix it yet." It was a chalkboard sign, not a printed menu. I noted it was also wrong on the food truck where we went to pick up our food. While I can sympathize that perhaps they put out the sign from a previous event not realizing the price had raised until they were slammed with the crowds, this really should have been fixed with more priority. In the end I paid because it was just a dollar. The portion size was very generous so I did still wind up feeling like I got my money's worth -- and anyway I felt like the prices were reasonable. Our food was ready very fast, within a couple of minutes -- great system in place. The pickle fries were some of the best I've had. The batter was well seasoned with a blend of spices in the batter. The fries themselves were very crisp and crunchy, fried in very hot oil so they crisped up instantly and were not greasy at all. The pickles weren't mushy and had a nice tang. The dish was drizzled in some kind of spicy crema. These were amazing and I would 100% get them again.

I wanted my husband to try this spot. Another great experience. We shared the bang bang shrimp…read morewhich was as great as I remembered. We also tried the New Yorker, lox with dill cream cheese and capers, delicious. We couldn't decide between two of their popular items, so we got both! We shared the crispy chicken sandwich and the jam burger. Fantastic! Great atmosphere and even better service. Jamison, our server and bartender, was perfect !

This has officially become one of my favorite brunch/breakfast places. Unfortunately, I live in NYC…read moreso I am not sure when I'll be back but the food was delicious! First, the restaurant is so cute. It's like you're transported to a teahouse! The staff are really friendly, and they let you know immediately that everything is farm to table. The eggs were a deep yellow so I knew it was the truth. If you go, definitely order the biscuits and the mimosa flight. The biscuits comes with 4 different spreads (fig jam, peach butter, strawberry butter, and a brown sugar butter). The biscuits were a good size, and my favorite spread was the fig jam. I wish I could have put some in a jar. The mimosa flight flavors are so fun. I was not a fan of the soursop but the lychee and passionfruit are really good. For the main dish, we tried the chicken & waffle and the tres leches French toast. The chicken was seasoned perfectly and was crispy. The French toast was actually on a croissant. I can't wait to come back here!

Stopped in for brunch after our Pilates instructor recommended this spot. It is super cute inside…read morewith lots of drink options. I went with an Arnold Palmer while everyone else got different coffees. I ordered the short rib grilled cheese (asked for no onions, but it came with them). The waitress was super nice about it and had it remade right away. The short rib was tender and really flavorful, and the salad and homemade chips on the side were great. The rest of the table got omelettes and enjoyed them too. Would definitely come back to try more of the menu.
