We were recommended this place by a friend that had a great experience, and we are really glad we stopped in to give it a try. The service was quick and super friendly. Both my fiancé and I really enjoyed the lamb korma and chicken tikka masala. They give you two dips with thin chips/crackers (I believe these are called papadum) when you sit down. Both the dips were very good. They also gave us both a free rice pudding desert on the house. We were both so full we could only eat half, but what we did have we really enjoyed. Overall I would highly recommend giving this place a try. read more

I stopped in for their lunch buffet which was priced really well and included a deal on draft beer, of which they have many (yum), as well as a full bar. Everyone there was extremely friendly and chill, which was great. Everything was also very clean. Huge bonus points for including a foot-operated door handle in the bathroom! The food: in my opinion, as an American with typical food biases/ignorances, vegetarian dishes are your best bet here. The saag paneer and little mini veggie samosas were delicious and there were plenty of dipping sauces (tamarind, green chutney, and I think something that was mango pickle but I'm a bit too ghori for that). The vegetable curry was solid and had heaps of eggplant, beans and cauliflower. The Manchurian Gobi was a REAL standout. I'd never had that before. Crispy and yummy, they really managed to achieve a nice "meaty" texture in the cauliflower with a nice chewy bite to it. 10/10. I had two meat dishes which happened to be tandoori chicken and butter chicken (I did not try the chicken curry). The flavors were fine, but the meat was pretty dry and a touch rubbery. Maybe that's partly an effect of the buffet situation and an order off the menu would be better. The veggie dishes were much more enjoyable. They also had basmati rice and something biryani-like, which were fine. I did not try the chickpea or lentil-based curries, but points for variety. The naan was ok. I tasted some that had been there for awhile as well as a batch straight from the kitchen. Both times, it was somewhat dry/papery and bland. There is no such thing as bad naan, but it didn't add much to the meal and wasn't great for scooping/absorbing. The service: as I said, everyone was very friendly and chill. I was seated promptly and given water right away. I think they are still working out the kinks as I had to initiate and request a beer, rather than having the waitress ask me about beverages. Not to be a princess, but I'd come in craving mango lassi and they would probably have made a touch more $$ off of me with a prompt beverage service right at the start of the meal, rather than getting a beer almost in the middle. Beer was delicious, served in a clean pint glass and highly reasonably priced. They also were consistently shoveling the walk during the snowfall, which was nice. Would I go again? Absolutely. Those veggie samosas and Manchurian cauliflower are worth a return trip and the draft beer selection raises the experience. Definitely worth the reasonable lunch buffet price. If they tweak the chicken and naan preparation just a touch and hone the service they'll be a real destination. The cleanliness and friendliness were also big pluses. Check it out! read more

The food is good. My wife and kid and I go a bunch. I tip well since I was a server for many years. Last night they autograted the three of us at 18% subtotal. Normally I tip 20% after tax and round up like a decent person. The autograt rubbed me wrong and I still added a bit extra to make my normal tip. I think the food is good but I don't think we will go back since there is better Indian like Mehak and Spiceroom. Predatory practices like these are a bit gross since I'm sure they were trying to get me to double tip since no one checks if a party of 2 and a kid were autogratted. read more

Literally one of the worst restaurants in Denver. Not only was their food extremely late but the staff was absolutely useless. Our urber eats wasn't ready for pickup at the time it said to be ready, then they forgot to even make it so we were waiting for our food for over 30 mins after it said it was ready. We saw a mouse inside while waiting and the staff kept taking smoke breaks instead of being attentive to the customers. Absolutely disgusting behavior and service. The food was great and they offered a small but tasty all you can eat buffet for $13. Very clean with a modern feel. When we left at about 12:30 there still no other customers in the restaurant . Visiting from CA and wanted to get in our Indian buffet fix. Apparently there was a lunch buffet special, so of course we had to check it out. The resto was busy, and if you're a foodie, that is a sign of a good establishment. Especially from the locals. My faves-mini samosas, rice pudding, mango lassi, and bbq. The tika masala was a little dry and could have been hotter. Service was excellent, especially from the server with the beautiful eyes! I asked for a "to-go" cup to take the rest of my lassi to go, but things got a bit lost in translation. In the end, he gave me an extra lassi (no charge!) AND my to-go cup. I just left this restaurant with my family and I'm very disappointed for the false promises made last night. I was there with my family last night, and the food was good, especially the vegetable fried rice! We enjoyed the food so much that we told the hostess that we would be back today for the lunch buffet. We were also advised that the same chef would be here and to our disappointment The quality of the lunch buffet was not the same and very subpar. In fact, the naan bread was so hard, that we could not bite into it. Also, it appeared that the heat was broken, and we had to eat shivering in our winter jackets. This should give you a picture of just how cold this place was. When we brought this to the attention of the owner, he advised that the subpar quality of the food, was due to a different chef being there. Finally a great Indian restaurant in the neighborhood. Just came in for brunch. The two of us tried a little of everything and it didn't disappoint. Wonderful sauces (especially the mint and tamarind), just right rice. Fluffy samosas. The tandoori chicken and wings had great flavor.
