First time trying this place and I was pleasantly surprised. There are lots of options from Pho bowls, rice dishes, noodles and of course banh mi. You order at the front counter and they bring it to you. The place is well lit with natural light and they have seating inside and outside. They have two sizes of banh mi, 6 and 9 inch. We opted for the 6 inch and that was plenty but I could see where I would be hungry enough to be a 9 inch. We also got the sesame red bean rice balls, which were very good. The prices are fair and seem to be reasonable for what you get! The service was very nice and appears to be family run. Looking forward to coming back and trying some of the other options. read more

This Viet restaurant place packs a whole bunch into the food they sell. I got a banh mi from here and it was a whopper for sure. All the flavors are here except for one thing, PATE. Im not sure what the consensus is around here for Viet places but they seem to cater to American taste buds by leaving out the pate. I've noticed this in a lot of places and it saddens me that the authenticity is taken out from food like this. Otherwise, it tasted good and had everything else I wanted in it. read more

We ordered lunch catering from this place for our office and I was quite impressed. The food came individually packaged and labeled for easy distribution. They were are on time and helpful. The food proportions were large. We ordered Banh Mi sandwiches and bowls. I was expecting something small. I had the Beef Banh Mi sandwich. It was very tasty and better than some other places we have tried in the past. It came on a large baguette. My one gripe is I would have prefered a stronger, crisp baguette versus the soft one that these sandwiches were made of. It came with the standard fare of carrots, cucumber, parsley and green peppers on it. But the star was the meat. The meat was tender and grilled to perfection with the Korean Bar-b-que flavors. We picked up an order to go - a shrimp tempura banh mi, a fried tofu banh mi, and the spinach cream cheese wontons. Both banh mi sandwiches were so good. I love how many creative options of banh mi they have. You can also get banh mi in 6" or 9" versions depending on your appetite. We had one of each and they were equal quality rolls. The spinach cream cheese wontons are kind of vegetarian take on crab Rangoon. Crunchy, creamy, with a sweet dipping sauce. They were awesome. I can't wait to go back to try some of the other options on the menu, like their pho and rice dishes. read more

We stopped here as we were wandering down Colfax Avenue checking out the new rapid transit project. The small shop is relatively near the neighborhood. It features indoor and outdoor seating and a bit of a fast casual approach. Ordered the counter and I'll bring it to you. I've never dined in, but have ordered several times. These sandwiches are absolutely amazing! Everything is super fresh and the smoked pork belly can't be beat. Stumbled upon this place after getting coffee next door. It's so good! Quick and kind counter service. The pho bahn me with dip is everything. SO good! The bread is soft, the veggies are fresh and crunchy, and the brisket is tasty. The best part is the pho broth for dipping! Amazing. read more

The family and I ordered a soft shell crab Bahn mi, a grilled pork Bahn mi, and some chicken fried rice to go. The person who took our order was friendly and helpful. I loved the artwork and small cafe style vibe. The sandwiches were great! The meat portion was just right, my personal preference is more veggies so a slight docking of points for that. Not much to report on the roll used for the sandwiches, far from the worst but nothing that stood out. The fried rice was not my favorite though. It was pretty basic, lacking a complex flavor profile with no texture variety. Will not be getting that ever again. I think 4 stars is generous given the quality and quantity of food. It would be a 3 star but the service was awesome. read more

Well Bread was too soft on the outside almost like rolls from King Soopers. Veggies too bland . Either not pickled or not pickled well enough . They don't use pate at all. Very simple ingredients . Minimal jalapeños. Overall we didn't have to fix dinner so I guess that's a plus Probably won't go again read more

Had the grilled beef bahn mi, the beef was tender, charred and flavorful. The bread was crisp on the outside and soft inside. They were definitely not shy with the amount of protein or toppings. Also had the teriyaki chicken bahn mi and was delicious, same applies as the beef. Chicken was not dry. Also got the chance to try the beef pho bahn mi, interesting take on a bahn mi.
