When I brought it in, I was initially told I might have to go through the manufacturer for a replacement, which honestly felt like it was going to be a long and frustrating process. But to my surprise, about a week later, the store manager, Steve, personally reached out and let me know they were going to take care of it in-house. Not only did he make sure I got a working replacement pressure washer, but he also went above and beyond by refunding the gas they had to siphon from the old unit--and sent me home with a brand new gas can, filled with the gas they removed. The whole process was handled with professionalism and care, and it really turned what could have been a disappointing situation into a positive one. Steve and the rest of the Fleet Farm team showed that they genuinely value their customers and stand behind the products they sell. This kind of customer service is rare nowadays. Chris helped me find a shoe to try out - having a small track and treadmill in the store to do a trial run is a great bonus. Really like that they have a flexible return policy on their shoes for store credit for worn shoes so that you can have peace of mind when walking out of the store. I had breakdowns on three different trips. Each time I took the bicycle in, the staff at Bicycle Doctors made a fix, but the issue recurred. During the repairs, Bicycle Doctors always provided a free loaner to me. They worked tirelessly with Gazelle and Shimano to fix the problem. Finally, after replacing almost everything possible on the rear wheel, the problem has been resolved...at no cost to me. As part of their customer satisfaction efforts, they also gave me free flat tire repairs for this year and free level one tune-ups for the 25/26 season for both bikes. Bicycle Doctors was diligent in working to fix my issues. They also interacted with me with great patience even when I was a bit testy! While my next e-bike will probably not be a Gazelle, Bicycle Doctors will ALWAYS be my preferred bike shop. Nice job, guys.

This should have been a HUGE red flag as to whether or not they were reputable. A monkey can get a Merchant Account these days. Trusting what I was told, I put together a letter confirming my purchasing needs, and the following business day, I mailed off almost $1500.00 in USPS Money Orders. I will just fast forward to 2 weeks later, and 8 voice mails, and numerous UNANSWERED emails to be told they sold the gun to someone else while my USPS Money Orders were waiting to clear!!!!! What a joke! This company can't be trusted to deliver what they say they have in stock, and even after you tell them in writing that you are sending them GUARANTEED FUNDS! They have great online prices, but lack the inventory to back up the purchase. I'm certain the retailer will reply with a laundry list of excuses, but I have no issue or axe to grind with these people except that they have $1,500.00 of my money, and refuse to tell me when I will receive my firearm. They also said if I want a refund, that I will be charged a 25% fee on a "Cancelled" order. Well...I didn't "Special Order" the gun, I was purchasing what I was told was in stock. Not my fault they can't take credit cards, or keep inventory on hand for an order that was forced to be paid by mail!

NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I know NOTHING about firearms, but, for various reasons,…read morerecently decided to get a rifle. Craig and Becky could have been judgmental of my novice status, but instead, not only welcomed me and treated me with respect and dignity, but really helped me get what I wanted. Craig guided me to buy a .22 rifle as a starter rifle, to get used to shooting comfortably. Then, when I wanted the Ruger Walnut stock on a rifle that came originally with a composite stock, he and Becky started a month-long journey of finding the stock, realizing the trigger guard was attached to original stock, ordering that, finding out internal pieces didn't fit and grinding the inside of the stock down to fit them, finding the trigger guard well was shaped differently and chiseling that out, finding the screws were too short and getting new ones that fit. It was nothing short of amazing. With this first gun, I wanted something special, and for me that was the Walnut stock - I got even more than that - a beautiful custom rifle which I am so happy with! Now, I'll be taking a rifle course with one of them to help me start my journey! I have rarely received such wonderful customer service nor met such great people. Please go here if you are looking for new or used guns AND great, knowledgeable people to buy them from. Whether you know nothing or everything about firearms you will not be disappointed!
