Communication is their biggest issue…read more There's a few quality issues as well, which Include in the following: 1) They left a huge gap between the New granite top and backsplash. They said they would come to seal it but after a few weeks they still have not come. All I was asking was to have them (professionally) caulk/seal/grout the gap. Nothing more. After multiple text messages to various people and emails, they decide to no show and ignore my calls. See pics. Once they receive your full payment, they are done with you. 2) we smelled a continuous gas leak after they reconnected the stove lines. Had to call Duke Energy to have them come out and fix this. Again, they act as if they're too busy to fix your problems. 3) i was initially told it would take four hours from start to finish on one day only but ended up being two days, essentially all day both days. On the first initial day they ended up being three hours late before I received a phone call, stating that they actually were not coming that day. 4) One piece was mis-measured and there is some mismatch in the granite grain. See pic The rest of the job looks OK though. Price was fair. But considering all the problems I thought I would get a higher level of customer service to fix issues or some Credit or refund for my troubles. I would not use these folks again. Nor would I recommend them.

After 18 years, some of the trim started to yellow. I found some at the hardware store, but I couldn't find the trim for around the window. I called the corporate Bathfitters, and they said if I went to the local store (Centerville, OH), they could sell me the trim (even though they're not in the parts business). I went down, and the boss said they no longer make that trim. He gave me plenty of the new trim, free of charge. I am very pleased. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the initial price.
