I had been standing at the register for several minutes before being acknowledged and then continued to wait... another customer walked in and then a gentleman came out from the back and started helping him rather than me. Weird. Anywho, we only use S-W paint products in our home and this store is a little closer to us, we may continue to shop there.

The staff have always been friendly and willing to help with what they can. most of the staff seems to be older high school students to young college kids. The building has always been nice inside, and the app does make finding things very easy, as it gives the aisle number and bin location. The selection is typical, but there are things that the display charts show that are not offered in Alaska. I do wish they would black them out, as I have seen sale stickers on product charts that are not sold in Alaska. I feel they are required to put them out by corporate regardless.
