Damien is amazing. He's so knowledgeable about colors and what colors match. He is also so kind and patient. He then incorrectly told me the ring was not eligible for return, even though I showed him my barcode and proof that the return eligibility expired that same day. After that, he brought over the Geek Squad manager, who suggested I buy a Best Buy membership "maybe" so they could help me. I spent over 30 minutes there getting nowhere, while they tried to push a membership instead of simply processing a valid return. I ended up driving to the Downey location, where they scanned the item and completed the return in less than 5 minutes with zero issues. No upselling, no misinformation, and no wasted time. Worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. It's no surprise this store has such low ratings.
