The clerk referred me to Lock and Safe in Englewood. The clerk explained that they had not received training for car keys. Service We walked to the register just as you enter the store. The cashier was with a customer. My aunt and I waited patiently to ask a question. I wanted to know where to go and get the keys made in the store. My aunt is 92 and I did not want to walk around looking for where the keys are made in the store. Anyway, we waited and waited. Never did the cashier acknowledged us or seem concerned that we were waiting. Once she concluded helping her customer she said how can I help you. She was nice and directed us to the back of the store. My complaint, she could have acknowledged us with, I will be with you in a moment. Do you have a quick question? But I have a feeling I am too old fashioned! But I feel elderly people (me included) are invisible or the individual is not a multitasker, and I understand. Key clerk Very nice and upfront. Made a referral by pointing me to the locksmith sign on the wall and sent us on our way. 3 stars since service overall was mediocre.

I saw and heard a dog whining in the back of a Parker pick up Directly in front of Murdoch's. One…read moredog was stuck inside the sealed bed of a truck while another was up front in the air conditioned cab. The dog in the sealed cab was suffering (barking/whining) and it was 90 degrees outside - closer to 100 in the sealed bed. I informed the store manager immediately who said he would make an announcement. He did NOT. I got my item, came back to the front of the store and told the clerks who didn't know what to do. I insisted they make the announcement regarding the dog in the truck or I'll call the police immediately. (This is a store that's makes its living from Animals). They made the announcement. I met the owner at her truck. The sealed/locked bed was at least 95-100 degrees. The "cooling pad" was HOT. The dog was suffering. She placed the dog in the AC cab with the other dog. Please people, it only takes few minutes to overheat in a vehicle. Please Murdochs, take care of animals immediately.

I read the reviews of the other location but I understand there is a new owner and I did not experience any poor service at this location.

This was second time using them. First was a home remodel. They went well…read more This time i got a fridge and from day one it would not cool. Guy comes out and thinks it should be working. I trust him. Never cools. So from day one it's not working and now with old fridge broke I've had no working fridge two weeks I complain again and they are sending a warranty service (different company) to repair in 1-2 days So you get a fridge, delivered defective, they come out multiple times and then kick it to warranty. Heck even Home Depot would have had me a replacement by now. So just so you know if they give you a broken fridge it's basically "call manufacturer" Maybe if they deliver something you can test right away it's better. Don't buy fridges here

She took her time and made sure all of our questions were answered. Naturally, we decided to go back when our GE oven finally died - well, the heating coil caught on fire. Being 25 years old, we decided not to repair it this time. This experience was horrible. The salesman showed us one oven - I never heard of the brand. I was interested in seeing the GE ovens, compare them with the Bosch. No, he would not show us the GE models. I asked to see the floor model of the Bosch oven that was listed on their website to compare prices and quality. He pointed in the general direction of their warehouse. I walked in, looked around but it was pretty full - I could not find it. He did show us the Bosch ovens at least - so one point for that. I was ready to leave, wondering if I could maybe find the original paperwork for the dishwasher to get that fantastic saleslady's name. But, we made our way to another business to purchase a Bosch oven.

The food here is really lacking. Comparing the quality between Sam's club and Costco, Sam's food selection is quite depressing. Tons of cheap, low quality food. The salad I bought recently the leaves were already all soggy and bad. I am not sure also if buying from Sam's club is cheaper than just going to Walmart for instance the thanksgiving turkeys were actually a cent more at Sam's per pound vs Walmart as an example. I do like that it is not as crowded here as Costco. The scan and go feature in their app is pretty great too.

It seems to be managed well and overall is clean, but these issues in the Restroom tell me that their housekeeping needs to do a little bit better and the management needs to supervise and inspect a little bit better.
